I liked the proximity to the theatre (our aim was to attend a concert there), the location overall, the easygoing procedures (check-in/out etc), the attitude of the staff

Reasonably good location, good views
Breakfasts were limited, selection good if you are early but some items not replenished when finished. Fruit was over ripe. Some door handles loose and seemed to be a lack of maintenance. Sliding bathroom door could easily trap a finger on closing if not careful. Some cleaning of tables not great, although choice of table did make this easy. Mattresses could have been cleaner at the edges.

Not well maintained, the room was not very clean (chips on the floor, old socks under the couch etc). The pool was very dirty.
