La guesthouse si trova all' inizio dell' abitato di Cidade Velha ed è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici: autobus urbano n. 20 dall' aereoporto di Praia ( dal lunedì al sabato) e aluguer per Cidade Velha dal mercato di Sucupira ( tutti i giorni). Superata una strada dalla tipica urbanistica terrificante, appena varcata la porta di Villa Concetta si entra in un'altra dimensione. Il terrazzo sull'oceano è poetico, bello e semplice, ed è il punto forte della struttura. Solo silenzio, e mare, e caprette. Il gestore è molto disponibile e può aiutare anche ad organizzare spostamenti, gite coi pescatori, o altre attività che coinvolgono persone locali e che quindi aiutano l' economia locale e non grandi società straniere. Ogni cosa nella struttura non è lì per caso, dall' attrezzatura in prestito per il mare agli annunci sull uso consapevole di acqua ed energia. Fuori ci sono due alimentari vicinissimi e la Cattedrale, punto di partenza per la visita della città, è a pochi metri. Da non sottovalutare la colazione abbondante, e la pulizia. Pur essendo gestito da un europeo, non è un posto "finto" e a noi è piaciuto moltissimo.

Le propriétaire Bruno est accueillant et attentionné. Il nous a aidé pour organiser nos transports et nous a communiqué son numéro de portable pour l'appeler en cas de soucis pendant notre voyage.
La terrasse a une vue magnifique. Le petit déjeuner très copieux. La villa se trouve à 15 min a pied du centre du village. Accès direct à la mer par des petits escaliers. Plage de galets, plutôt abritée, mais attention aux vagues.
