As an owner at Bonnet Creek, we are not notified of the Tower number, view or floor prior to check in. Any requests for any of these must be made at check in. **** Policies: I do require two night minimum to make a reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner. Guest Name Policy: I will register the check in name per the reservation name that paid and requested the reservation. If I am not notified with in 24hrs of requesting a reservation an additional fee will be required to change the guests name. No name changes prior to 72hrs of check in as this makes less confusion at check in. Cancellation Policy: Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance. Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, Endless Resorts will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments.
