Very spacious, great size for 2 families with 4 children under 10. Walking distance to centre. Fireplace was great but need to buy own wood.
- Bed in bedroom beside the main bathroom was very uncomfortable—it slants towards the middle so you lay at an angle and slide down the middle. It also creaked a lot.
- Sheets covering the beds upstairs looked like protective sheets not real bedsheets.
- Lack of information on how things worked in the chalet (eg, WiFi, where to throw garbage, etc). I had to message to get the address and ask how to check in the day we arrived. Communication could have been faster and friendlier. Also upstairs, they have a macerator toilet but it wasn’t indicated anywhere so it was a surprise to hear loud sounds when flushing. Luckily, one of us knew what it was so we were extra careful not to put too much toilet paper to prevent clogging.
- Some kitchen dishes were still dirty/dusty so we had to wash them before using. The raclette machine was super dirty and scratched.
