Quiet and central location. Spacious and modern room. Great shower. Very clean. Very helpful staff.
The steps! Was warned there were steps, but not aware so many (85 steep stone steps to access front door, plus further 30ish to room). Bed very firm - not good for side sleepers. 2 sets of keys would be useful.

Right in the middle of old town. Just a bed and bathroom but it’s all you need. Check in easy.
There are 80 stairs to get to it. But if you go to Dubrovnik and stay in old town, expect stairs.

Location is great and right in the centre of old town.
Very clear guidelines for self check in.
Hosts were very easy to contact via what’s app and emergency line worked. Host on the emergency line was very approachable and kind.
Room was room number 1 on the first floor and was very clean & modern with tall ceilings.
Shower has the option of going very hot which is nice after swimming in the sea.
Aircon units work very well.
The 1 room on the bottom floor was at the front door so you heard everyone coming in at night and leaving early in the morning. We would be kept awake at all hours of night with different guest coming in and then would be woken up early in the morning with the cleaners coming in or other guest leaving. The ground floor hall was very echoey and we believe the cleaners equipment was downstairs beside our room so would hear them setting up and them having conversations.
We became so sleep deprived that we bought ear plugs but even this didn’t help.
If you have a lot of heavy bags be prepared to carry them up steep steps. Also depending of the time of year it will be in the blistering of heat and the ridiculously busy crowds.
The room itself is quite small and similar size to the bathroom. It has 2 windows so has little natural light.
The tv is quite old with no option to connect to apps and only has local channels so we couldn’t even use it.
You have to take your own bins out which we were happy to do but should be clear instructions to do this prior.
You also have to ask for fresh towels which the cleaner quickly dropped off while cleaning the other rooms but should provide information on this prior to the stay. Not much room to hang your wet towels to dry which isn’t ideal for longer stays.
Overall grand hotel for the area but for the room we got at this price we would have found better but due to being last minute we expected this.
It has more of a HMO feel than hotel or air b&b.
