The awful place I have ever experienced

The manager was kind and cooperative, although no improvement was possible. Towels and linen were clean.

The conditions of the first apartment were really terrible.Many beetles running hither and thither, especially in the kitchen. Frequent interruption of electric power, we took 2hours just to cook a pasta. The forniture was old and broken, my chair broke and I felt down on the floor. The boiler was continuously whistling, during night too. The bathroom was very little without windows and without aspiration system. Everything in the kitchen was dirty, glasses, pots, dishes etc. The windows shutters were incredibly dusty and it was impossible to open or close them without getting dirty. The latter was really disappointing since we paid 87€ as final cleaning fee. The stairs to reach the apartment had a width lower than a standard one. Due to the above reasons we moved in a second apartment in the same neighborhood, but the situation merely improved. The stair to climb up to the second floor were even little (in width) and had a slope of about 60 degrees, the common areas were dirty and the walls were peeled showing different layers moreover a big hole in the last floor ceiling was visible. Inside the apartment we found a bathroom even little than the one of the first apartment, the WC shaft broken and there was a room with just window glazing not outside but inside the bathroom and on the WC! As in the first apartment everything in the kitchen was dirty, but at least in this apartment we were alone and no beetles were inside. I must finally add that the location in the neighborhood between Torassa and Collblanc is not a nice, quiet and safe place to stay according to undemanding European standard. Finally, I would like to highlight that I was mislead by the photos and especially the score on Booking which in my view is totally groundless

Fabulous

Air-con and has a washing machine . The host was accommodating and i love their coffee. The metro is accessible but both about 8-10 mins walk

Don’t bring large luggages, its on the 3rd floor and no elevator and has to walk to the nearest transport (bus and metro)
