Location was incredible, literally steps away from Matsumoto Castle. Also it's located within a very local neighborhood, full of cool little gem, cafes, bars, restaurants. Walking distance to the main spots such as Nakamachi and Nawate.
Hotel was simple, exactly what you expect. But staff was great, very professional.
Room was nice, small and how I expected for the location. I wouldn't stay in the room I got as a couple because it's very small for two.
There's not much I can think of, everything met the expectations I had. There was not even a single moment that I had something to complain about.

We're very happy with the place, bed is a bit small but we only stayed 1 night. Walking distance to both Matsumoto station & castle, nice buffet breakfast, love the free bikes that we used to ride to Aeon Mall nearby for dinner.

The price. Good air con, nice staff, very 1970s or 1980s, which actually was sort of charming.
It was definitely budget which is reflected the price. Clean and bed was okay
