Excellent location. Right on the beach with wonderful sea views. Extremely helpful and friendly hosts . Fernando was very kind and gave all five of us a lift to Merida as we didn't have a hired car. Gabi got in touch before our stay to ensure they'd be at the property to meet us. She also recommended local places of interest and continued to recommend attractions even after we left the property. They were very easy to contact and attended to any problems promptly. If this was just about the location and the hosts, it would be a five star review. Clearly renovations have started on the property; one lovely new ensuite bathroom and dressing room. If the rest of the house was up to that spec it would match the fantastic location and hosts. Swimming pool with gorgeous shell shower.
No cotton sheets, no bedside lamps, not enough towels, not proper kitchen ware. Not enough sunloungers by the pool.
