Situated in North Myrtle Beach, this lovely condo for $262 per night is a great option for your next vacation. We are the owner-operators of our beautiful beachfront and oceanfront condo. We are easy to work with. We do our best to offer a clean, well-kept condo and add a personal touch to the service we provide our guests. Enjoy our comfortable and beautifully appointed 4th floor beachfront condo in North Myrtle Beach. We are the owner-operators, so you can be sure that you will always deal directly with us, giving you peace of mind during the rental and payment process. Our condo is on the 4th floor which has a great view of the beach and pool area along with easy access (one flight of stairs and short walk) to the top floor of the 3 level parking deck. The oceanfront double balcony has an amazing, unobstructed full 180 degree panoramic view of the ocean and a table with chairs and a lounger with a small table to relax and enjoy the views. The balcony has access from both the living room and the master bedroom. The unit is a spacious three bedroom, three full bath condo with a panoramic ocean view. The bright and open floor plan is ideal for a group of 8 people. North Shore Villas is well maintained and is in a great location. North Shore also has only 57 units, so you are more likely to have a quieter stay, and a less crowded beach. There is a 50" 4K SMART TV in the family room with a DVD player. The Master bedroom has a 32" flat screen TV. There are 2 more flat screen TV's in the other bedrooms. The condo has high speed Wi-Fi internet access available free of charge. We have also included many board games, DVD movies, and books for your enjoyment. We have an outdoor storage closet that usually has beach chairs, 'boogie boards', and some beach toys (to be enjoyed by our guests, but NOT GUARANTEED). There is plenty of closet space throughout the unit to easily store all you need to bring. The condo has a full sized washer and full sized dryer with cabinets above them for more storage. Our condo features 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. The master suite has a comfortable king bed and a sliding door that opens onto the oceanfront balcony. Go to bed and wake up to the tranquil sounds of the ocean. The master bathroom has a garden tub, separate shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has 2 full sized beds and an attached full bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a separate full bathroom close by. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with Corian countertops, ceramic tile, complete with almost everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals. It has many amenities including an electric griddle, toaster oven, toaster, crock pot, many pots and pans, casserole dishes, firmware, utensils, etc. The condo is spacious throughout and has ceramic tile floors in the foyer, kitchen, and bathrooms, with Berber carpeting in all the bedrooms and the living room. The living room has a comfortable sofa, love seat, and 2 chairs. The condo complex has an exercise room with ocean views. It has a treadmill, stepper, and stationary bike. There is plenty of area on the beach and pool area for everyone to enjoy. Enjoy the pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, hot tub and grilling area without worrying about the overcrowding that many larger properties often have. The grounds of North Shore Villas are kept very clean and are well maintained. The villas have two elevators for your convenience and plenty of very convenient COVERED parking spaces (you are provided with up to 4 parking passes) are available right under the condo units. North Shore Villas is close to Barefoot Landing and Restaurant Row with all their shopping, dining, and attractions, plus large numbers of restaurants and attractions (numerous golf courses, miniature golf, a casino nearby, Alabama Theater, The House of Blues, Dixie Stampede, Pirates Voyage, Tanger Outlet Mall, Restaurant Row, Colonial Mall, Super Wal-Mart, etc.) within 15 minutes driving time. We have excellent access to the main highway bypass (known as Hwy 31 OR Carolina Bays Parkway). From here quick and convenient access to our property on your way in and quick access to areas to the north and south. Take a 25-30 minute drive south and spend time at Broadway at the Beach. There are hundreds of unique shops, rides for the kids, and restaurants of every kind. The kids will love Ripley's Aquarium and Magic Quest Adventures. Don't forget about the new boardwalk in Myrtle Beach and the OD Pavilion right on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach, only 9 blocks away! This condo has everything you need for your stay. Beaches were beautiful, grandkids enjoyed the hot tub and lazy river. There were plenty of games to keep the younger ones entertained when we were inside. Parking was convenient for handicap individuals. Scott and Lisa were great to work with and were quickly available for problems that may arise. I would definitely rent again. Greatly enjoyed our stay!

The condo was perfect for our Labor Day weekend. Communication was on point from the moment we reserved until we checked out. Condo and overall facility was clean and organized. Checkin/checkout was seamless. If you’re going to North Myrtle you need to look into this condo. I will keep it on my list for the future for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and quiet, and the owners communicated very well. Check in was smooth and the unit had a lot of amenities. We also loved that beach was not crowded at all. We would definitely stay here again!

The unit was exceptionally clean and spacious. We loved the large balcony! The owners, who were wonderful to work with, made check in a breeze and genuinely wanted to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. There was a grounds keeper on the premises at all times keeping everything safe and in order. The elevators are fast and readily available. The location was convenient for anywhere that we wanted to go. We hope to stay here again!

The property was well equipped. One of the drawers in the kitchen was not working but we didn't use it.
My daughter and I are not used to cooking on an electric stove so we found that challenging.
The pool was different.
I am not one who likes carpet in the apartments that we rent but I tried to keep it as clean as possible.
We did not use the beach equipment provided since we
brought our own but I am sure that would make it easier
in packing.
The condo was decorated well.

My family of 6 (4 kids between 3 -10 years) stayed here for our spring break. The condo was as described and fit all our needs. We enjoyed the beach decor and loved being able to enjoy morning coffee, lunch and evening chats on the balcony.
Very easy access to beach, loved being able to rinse off at the outdoor rise stations. Kids loved the pools - thankfully they were heated through the end of our stay (April 15).
Great location! Truly enjoyed Barefoot Landing and the ease of getting there. Also easy access to Myrtle Beach for a short morning trip. Great restaurants nearby and great access to grocery shopping for being able to eat breakfast and lunch at the condo.

The condo had all the comforts of home and made us feel like that’s where we were! The view from the balcony was amazing and the beach was relaxing and enjoyable! We enjoyed the lazy river and hot tub and spent time there daily. We were in close proximity to shopping, great restaurants and fun things to do! The North Shore Villas is a perfect size condo building with all the amenities of the high rise monsters but small enough to relax. Lisa and Scott have a beautiful condo obviously maintained with love.

This was by far the nicest place I have ever stayed. Everything looks brand new and the decor was extravagant! The kitchen had every type of glass, dish and pan you could possibly need for cooking. There were games and puzzels for a rainy day. The view was amazing and it felt like home for a week. I didn't want to leave, definitley would go back again! I also got engaged on the beach!!! Scott and Lisa were amazing, and it was super easy to stay here. 100% recommend this place! Thank you, The Bellingers/Gwilts

The condo was excellent, clean, stocked, lovely view and great location in North Myrtle, however, the property was not great. For 3 days work was done above us with constant drilling noise from 10-5. The hot tub was not hot and there were 3 kids using it all week as their personal pool. There is construction next door on a rebuild. None of our issues are anything the condo owner can fix , you may just want to ask about construction prior to booking.

This property was very nice. The room was so nicely decorated & spacious. The ONLY negatives I have is that the master bed hurt my back and I wish that you could see the ocean from the pool area. Other than that, it was PERFECT!

I have been coming to NMB my whole life and this was, hands down, the best place I've ever stayed! The condo is beautiful and you can't beat the location. My 4yo LOVED the pool and lazy river and the beach was never crowded. The condo itself is tastefully decorated and the beds are SO comfy! The owners are easy to reach and responded to a minor issue almost immediately. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect Vacation
My family and I had a great stay at Lisa and Scott's place. We all haven't seen each other in almost 2 years (for obvious reasons) and this was the perfect place for us to vacation and enjoy our much needed time together. The condo has 3 bedrooms which fit 5 of us perfectly. Each room has its own bathroom (1 bathroom is outside of one of the bedrooms) and all the beds were comfy (I played goldilocks of course). The views from the living room and master bedroom were breathtaking. The balcony is big enough to have all your meals, but we were there in late August so the humidity kept us inside for most of out at home meals. Speaking of meals-a couple restaurants to recommend is Martinis (great Prime Rib) and Clark's Seafood and Chop House (great everything!)-both restaurants are a quick 5-10 min drive. If you are a golf lover, you have tons of choices. We were able to make it out to a different golf course almost every morning and all were amazing. And last but not least-the beach! It's literally right there! (That's all we kept saying). The condo had some great beach toys for us-I even did a little boogie boarding which I haven't done in 25 years! I still got it. Thank you again Lisa and Scott. You were great hosts and always so responsive. We were sorry you weren't around for us to meet you but next time!
