This house is located in the traditional harbor of Biniancolla.
A modernized and enchanting tiny property that used to be a fisherman's cottage. With unique rustic features and completely renovated.
The house is divided in two floors. The ground floor living area, where the kitchen is also located, opens to a small terrace where you can enjoy sunsets and meals while looking at the sea.
The upper floor features a boat-shaped double bed with views towards the sea, a seating area and a fully equipped bathroom.
Notes:
Biniancolla is a beautiful cove with traditional houses, a small beach and an Italian restaurant. Two larger beaches are near: Punta Prima beach is located 1,5km. away and Binibeca beach is located less than 3km. away. In these areas you can find a supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.

We loved staying at the cottage. It was ideally situated for us as we loved walking/clambering over the coastal paths then returning to our quiet retreat. The furnishings are basic and the layout is well designed. We enjoyed eating out on the terrace. Would definitely stay again!

We loved this little home. Very comfortable for the two of us - we enjoyed sundowners on the rocks after swims in the harbour. This was our first of 2 bases to walk the cami de cavalls which I’d highly recommend for keen walkers. Thank you for letting us stay in this memorable place!
