The breakfast was excellent. The staff are very friendly and nothing too much trouble.
The evening meal was good, I had the fish and chips which were delicious.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
Unfortunately the hotel was very tired in terms of decor and furnishings. Bed was uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in the mattress and the carpets were grubby. No attention to detail - eg pull cord in bathroom was just a piece of very dirty cord and the toggle was missing.
There was an awful smell of urine at top of stairs leading to bedrooms.
