The space, customer service, free breakfast, accommodates for the disabled. Every staff member was just so kind and I would DEFINITELY book again!

The location was ok. The breakfast was good.
The person who greeted me was rude. We had been on the road for 6 hours and asked if we could have an early entrance and the response was no due to them being busy and my room was not ready. I understand that early entrance is not always given but when we did make it to our room, it smelled awful and that made it feel unclean along with the rudeness of the lady that checked us in was not worth staying and spending my money there.
