Rosa’s B&B is in a beautiful location right by the lake. We had 3 nights there and enjoyed it and the very natural village of Lin very much. Rosa was so friendly and helpful and her cooked fish was delicious. The off street parking was a plus. Would highly recommend.

The house and exteriors have a lot of charm. The room with balcony lateral view has a good quality price ratio but, if free, the first stair room with balcony in front of the lake should be a better choice.Rosa and her team are always smiling and ready to help. It is quite easy to go swimming from the platform .We enjoyed the diner with a truit perfectly cooked , on the upper platform with direct view on the lake.
Nothing but the exterior spaces are a little bit small when the guesthouse is fully occupied.

Rosa's was a great place to rest for a couple of days - we ended up staying 4 nights and completely winding down before heading home to Australia. The deck area out by the lake worked really well for meeting other travelers. We got to know people from Italy, Ukraine, New Zealand, France Netherlands. The food cooked by Rosa was good and they had plenty of cold beers. It was just beautiful jumping off the deck into the crystal clear freshwater lake.

Beautiful view to the lake.
Unfortunately there was no hot water in our room, just a little bit warm, but I hope she will fix it soon
