This property is located directly across the street from the beach. An easy walk even with a wagon full of chairs, umbrella, cooler and towels. Speaking of beach essentials, they are provided! The only complaint we had was the lack of seating in the living room.

This is our third time at this location,
(not the same room though) we enjoy the ease of walking and staying so close to the Bridge Street area and Beach!
This place was great for 4 to sleep but in living area not enough furniture to all comfortably sit in living area, it is small it was ok, one or two of us were always back in the bedrooms to watch TV or lay down in the evening so all was good.
One shower is super small, and stove/oven needs replaced, burners are not level.
Thanks for the extra supplies in case you cant make it to the store before you arrive...like dish liquid, tp, soap. Cleaning crew very pleasant!
So good to have use of umbrella, goggles, beach chairs, soft igloo, pool noodles, sand toys! We didn't use the grills but others did and boy did it smell good!

We have stayed at the property with the previous owner, the pictures that were posted were for Unit #9, when we arrived at the location we had a different unit. It was ok, just not the one we expected. I would definitely go there again.

We really enjoyed this spot! Tucked away in a little garden, it was quiet and private even though it was within a group of properties. Easy access to the beach, lots of chairs and umbrellas are provided (and carts to carry everything)! We loved our stay and time on the island. This will be a favorite vacation destination for years to come!

We all had a great time at this property and found it to be clean and comfortable. This is my second stay in this general location, and the constant improvements made at the property are apparent. The location close to one of my preferred beaches on the island is icing on the cake. Communication with the property manager was pleasant. Easy to recommend!

Very easy walk to the beach. Cozy atmosphere. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Would book again. Clean accommodations and staff keep grounds clean as well during our stay. EXCELLENT supply of nice beach chairs, beach cart & umbrellas!

Thus is our second time to stay at this property. Each time has been a time to relax and rest especially with the nice clean courtyard and grills to enjoy eating outside if you want to cook your own meals. The cottage/bungalow was nice and clean and Chris the property manager was very helpful with all that was needed for a wonderful stay!
Will definitely book again and enjoy our little time in paradise in AMI!!

We loved staying at Island Getaway. It was quiet and clean. Very close to the beach. Nice little courtyard. Loved having laundry facilities onsite. The handicapped accessible bathroom was the reason we chose this cottage and it worked out great. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a handicapped accessible place to stay.

Family enjoyed this location so much. Quiet, clean, less than 400 steps from a beautiful, uncrowded beach. It felt very private and was very peaceful in the evening.

Only had four rolls of tissue and one extra trash bag for a 5 day stay. Wifi was unstable. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. All of the beach supplies on site was very appreciated.

Just what we were looking for
The property was immaculate clean and very quiet. There is an outside shower for when coming from the beach, a grill available for use with table and comfortable chairs and user friendly washer and dryer. Mark really goes above and beyond to make the guests feel at home. We brought beach toys which we did not need to bring because there were plenty to use so we added ours . He even had a beach blanket, how amazing is that! The time was very short, but it was wonderful. Definitely coming again.
