Stayed here with a few friends for the FSU vs LSU game. Plenty of room and only minutes from downtown. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for somewhere to stay in New Orleans.

Our stay was awesome. The house was spacious and very close to everything. Bed was the best I’ve slept in

Overall our stay was excellent. The house was very spacious for the 7 of us. Master bed was super comfy. The property manager was quick to respond to my messages. Nice neighborhood. We never felt unsafe. To the French Quarter it's about 15 minutes. The ferry is only 10 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in New Orleans.

There were 21/2 baths not 3. The location was nice - neighbors were friendly. Comfy beds and nice blankets. The light in one room was not working and the commode upstairs wouldn’t flush properly

The property had all of the amenities that I needed for my stay in New Orleans.

A nice sized house, A GREAT STAY, and excellent communication with the owners, about 18 minutes ? to downtown NOLA, maybe less depending on the traffic flow !

Overall a good stay. Communication with owner was great. Property was just not in the best shape, drywall damage on ceilings, dining room light wouldn't work, and the kids bunk bed was not sturdy. I also didn't like that there was a large security deposit if you didn't want to purchase insurance to cover any damages that may occur, that is refundable 2 and 1/2 weeks after your stay. I would not stay again. Other than that the internet was fast, tv's were great, plenty of games for the family to entertain themselves with.

This stay was everything we could have asked for and more!! The bed and pillows was so comfortable. It was perfectly located and the host were so sweet! Will stay again!

Nice rooms, owners were really nice

This property is perfectly located just far enough out of reach of all the hustle and bustle, and large enough to house a large group. The backyard was a great place to throw the football or frisbee. The hosts were easy to communicate with and we had an overall great time!

We really enjoyed our trip to New Orleans. Are housing was exactly like described. It did get a little warm instead due to the set temperatures and the people that was staying with me being used to their house being colder. But it was not anything that couldn't be handled. Anything issues we had we got a quick response and we really appreciate that.

It was in a good location, nice neighborhood. Roomy. Felt like home away from home.

Not only was the communication with the property manager exceptional and very easy, but he was very helpful. Two girls in our group arrived at the property before we arrived and they had an issue getting the key code to work. I messaged the property manager and in less than 2 minutes he was calling me back and walked me through exactly what to do. He also offered to meet us at the house if we had any issues, but it was not necessary. The inside of the house was VERY clean, and very beautiful. The bedrooms were very big, and the bed I slept in (in the Master Bedroom) was very comfortable. All the other girls said their beds were comfortable as well. They also put flower petals in the downstairs bathroom, which I thought was amazing. Also, this place is very close to restaurants, shopping, and even downtown. Although most stuff was not open, except for Bourbon St., while we were there. ***I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND CALLING AN UBER OR A TAXI IF YOU PLAN ON GOING ANYWHERE DOWNTOWN. PARKING IS WAAAAAAAAY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN CALLING AN UBER AND IF IT WAS BUSY LIKE IT WAS WHILE WE WERE THERE, YOU CANNOT GET ANYWHERE IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME BY DRIVING DOWNTOWN!*** We only found a few things about the property we were not thrilled about, but none were deal breakers for us. Me, my sister, and our friends love it to be a little cooler in our houses. My youngest sister has asthma, so it is hard for her to be in heat for long periods of time, and it was definitely hot there. The thermostat in the house is a Nest and there is a note above it telling you what temperatures you are allowed to put it on in the winter and in the summer. The summer temp is 72-74, which was WAY too warm for us. We had to use fans, especially when sleeping. The other thing that bothered my sister and I a little was that the bathtub in the upstairs Master bedroom kept stopping up when we would take a shower and there was hardly any water pressure. Other than those things, we had an exceptional stay. I HIGHLY recommend this location for families with children, although be careful with younger children because the stairs are pretty steep. I would like to say THANK YOU SO VERY VERY MUCH for renting us your home and making my sister's Bachelorette weekend an unforgettable one! We LOVED your home and hope to return again soon.

The owners take care of the property. The house was clean inside and out. The neighborhood is nice and quite. The house is located 15/20 minutes from the French Quarter. I’ll definitely be renting this house again

We rented as a crash pad for our car race team competing at NOLA. House was clean and comfortable, though obviously older and needing some tlc. Good quality linens and towels, comfortable beds. There was no microwave, which made some quick meal/snack prep challenging. Would stay again. Thanks! Tony

We traveled from WI to visit family and this was a perfect distance from the city to have quiet time as needed. Close to many amenities, but also a fairly quiet neighborhood.

This was our first time visiting New Orleans. I was concerned with what area we would be staying in. This house is in a great neighborhood. The house accommodated all of us. The owners quickly responded to all of my questions.

We stayed here for a birthday weekend and it was exactly as described on the website. It's an older home, so it's got its own character and quirks but nothing to worry about. The beds are comfortable and with a king and 2 queens, there's plenty of room. There are 2 small sitting rooms with comfy sofas, plus a dining area and breakfast nook. The back yard is roomy and pleasant and the neighborhood is quiet. Catch an Uber across the river to downtown for under $20 (for 4+) and you're in the French Quarters. We'd definitely stay here again.

This property was great it fit us all very comfortably. It was in a nice spot the only thing that kinda made me upset was when we used to microwave it was still nasty from the people prior to us I’m assuming but luckily they had left some dish soap so i gave it a good scrub it didn’t do much but it helped some. Other then that it was a good stay!!

We loved the home and will definetly be back!
