About this house rental
Private, luxurious, waterfront retreat with wide canals and DIRECT gulf access! Corner lot in a cul-de-sac with a privacy fence; heated, gulf-side, salt water pool and jacuzzi; an indoor hot tub, gas and charcoal barbecues, and 600’ of deck upstairs. Three docks for fishing; dropping a basket to catch live blue crab; dolphin, manatee, sea turtle, and local feathered friend sightings; or just taking in the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Two of the three docks are available for boat owners. Kayaks, paddle boards, a peddle boat, and bicycles are provided, too! A built-in ladder on the side of dock #1 is available for ease of mounting and dismounting on and off of the kayaks/paddle boards. A full, newly remodeled kitchen and state of the art appliances are a plus for the chefs in the group to cook up your freshly caught fish, crab, and scallops! Come enjoy the Florida lifestyle on Nature's Coast.

This was our second stay at this VRBO. It is hands down the best VRBO that exists!! Carol the manager did a great job communicating and making us feel at home. The home is well cared for. So, if you stay here, please take care of all that they provide for you. The house itself is immaculate and located in a non-tourist trap area. So you will get your peace and quiet, but still close to local life to find excitement like Hard Rock Casino which is not too far away. Being on the ocean inlet direct to the Gulf of Mexico means that you will be catching fish and crabs anytime you want. From biking, kayaking, SUPs, and fishing this VRBO provides it all for you. I will definitely stay here again. And when you leave you definitely dream about going back.

We had an absolutely incredible stay and cannot say enough great things about this property or about Carol as a host. This was truly the best‑stocked house we have ever stayed in—endless supplies and an unbelievable level of attention to detail. Every need was anticipated, and nothing was overlooked.The activities available right on the property were beyond impressive. We loved having access to kayaks, paddle boards, fishing supplies, pool toys, a hot tub, and tons of games—there was never a dull moment. It was perfect for relaxing and for staying active, all without having to leave the property.Most of all, Carol was an exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish and truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Her responsiveness and thoughtfulness made all the difference.This was an outstanding experience, and we would return in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and perfect. It was stocked with everything we need, much more than other rentals. The view was amazing. The pool was so amazing, right by the water. The owner was very prompt in responding. We would most definitely recommend this house.
