Nestled in Lower Grand Lagoon, this lovely condo for $419 per night is a great choice for your next break. Waterfront Condo on the Gulf, Sleeps 8, Wonderful Balcony Views, Great Pool Deck! 7th Floor unit. THIS CONDO IS THOROUGHLY CLEANED WITH ANTI-BACTERIAL CLEANING PRODUCTS THAT KILL 99.9% OF GERMS IF SUDDEN CHANGES ARISE AND THE BEACH IS CLOSED WE WILL ADJUST THE CANCELLATION POLICY. FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE, two padded loungers with umbrella, Mid March through October Free WI-FI This is an AMAZING gated beach front property with abundant entertainment on site at Regency Towers. Along with it's relaxed, hospitality driven culture and big city meets small town character, this section of the beach in Northwest Florida has tremendous amounts of fun and activities to offer the entire family. The condo has undergone a complete remodel this Winter and the upgrades are wonderful. Come and enjoy this outstanding kitchen with all new slate appliances and countertops as well as a newly added free standing island with bar stools. All the new lighting makes the dining experience so wonderful! All new furniture has been added throughout the living and dining and bedrooms with 3 large Smart flat screen TV's for your enjoyment. New vanities and lighting have been added to both full baths. Enjoy the amazing views from the bedroom, living area, kitchen and balcony or step down to the beach and take advantage of the beach chair service that we provide. There are 2 padded recliners with a large umbrella. You will love the East end of the beach because the traffic is so much lighter than in other areas. Also, parking is easy at Regency Towers and there are three separate elevators that service all of the floors so there's no excessive waiting. Please come and enjoy this spacious 1144 sq ft condo. Of course you will want to spend time with your family on the balcony with the amazing views up and down the beach and breathtaking sunsets. The master bedroom has a lush king sized bed and the second bedroom has two queen size beds. The sofa is also a queen sleeper. The views of the Gulf are truly amazing through the large sliding doors and windows! You will also have the opportunity to enjoy the on site amenities such as the tennis and shuffleboard courts, two large pools (one heated), hot tub, kiddie pool, billiard room (with pool table, darts, and card table). The pool area also sports the amazing Tiki Bar with a full menu of cocktails, beer, wine, and food at great prices. To top off the experience, The Tiki Bar provides music throughout the day. There is also a great exercise room that overlooks the Gulf. Regency Towers provides a large grassy park area to play Frisbee, soccer, throw a ball, etc. There are grills and beach front bench swings, perfect for spending time cooking outside and enjoying our brilliant sunsets as well. There are nightly events scheduled during the Summer such as movie night on the East lawn at dusk, Water slides at the pool on Wednesdays, Karaoke on the pool deck, and especially fun is the beach bon fire on Friday nights. Panama City Beach has been hosting vacationers for many years and the entire area is full of fun things to do! At the beach you can rent jet skis, go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling, etc. The Marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter deep sea fishing trips, Sunset Cruise, Dolphin Watching, Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, or rent a pontoon boat and do your own exploring! There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier Park is a 10 minute drive away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag. Panama City has ZooWorld, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Gulf World Marine Park (interactive park...kiss a sea lion or swim with the dolphin), Wonderworks, Ripley's Believe It or Not... for wonderful day trips within minutes of the condo. St. Andrews State Park is located on the Gulf and is a perfect day trip about five minutes away by car. There are several entertainment establishments that feature Go Carts, Bumper Boats, Arcades, and Miniature Golf. We recommend you Google these establishments for detailed information on the sites that specifically interest you and your family. Open Air Dining is awesome on the beach and there are so many wonderful places to eat and listen to live music nightly in a very relaxed atmosphere. If you want fine dining experience you can enjoy Salt Water Grill, Firefly Restaurant, Grand Marlin Restaurant, or Captain Anderson's, just to name a few! We can promise you will experience a vacation you will never forget and memories that will last a lifetime!

The trip from check-in to check-out was absolutely perfect! The location along the beach allowed us easy access to both pools, and, of course, the beach. Every person we encountered was polite, courteous and so helpful. The condo was spotless and had all the amenities needed for a flawless vacation week. Easy access to restaurants, souvenir stores and local attractions. My friends and I are all celebrating our 60th birthdays that will be this year and wanted the perfect place, and this was it! We will definitely stay here again!

The condo it’s self was good. The couch and pullout sofa bed needs to be replaced BAD!!! Very very uncomfortable!!!! The only other complaint was the elevator situation. I won’t stay at Regency Towers again for this reason. Other than that it was good.

The location was perfect! A beautiful section of the beach and NEVER crowded! Our balcony on the 7th floor gave us a perfect view of the ocean and beach. I will definitely be using you the next time I come to PCB!

We really enjoyed our stay. Seen dolphins from the balcony several times. Nice condo, kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed as we cooked several times during the week we spent there. Owners answered any questions promptly. Would definitely stay again.

Had a problem with figuring out the TV as it was not regular cable but Roku. Internet was a little frustrating as it was spotty a lot of times. Could just be the whole building not just the condo

We had a great time and loved the condo. Regency Towers needs to add some jacuzzi’s outside. One indoor jacuzzi is the only complaint I have but has nothing to do with the condo owners.

Loved this condo it was very clean, in a great location (close to Schooners & Pineapple Willie’s), and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The only extra I would recommend is handrails in the showers/tubs. We brought our 93 yo Uncle with us and he found the tub to be a little hard to manage without a handrail. There were several elderly people staying at the Regency Towers this time of the year ( late Sept.) so it may be helpful to future guests. The pools were awesome and we loved the music that played all day from the Tiki bar! The hotel really needs to get some maintenance to their elevators. Overall, great vacation! We will return!

We absolutely lived the location of the condo. The beach was beautiful! Pool areas were well kept! Bikini Bobs Tiki bar was reasonably priced and friendly! Dollar General right across the street for ease in getting necessities!

We love the location of Regency Towers on the less popular end of PCB. So many fantastic restaurants with good prices, beach front, great balcony view. We didn’t end up cooking but we definitely could have as they had everything we would have needed. The owners were easy to communicate with when we needed to ask any questions. Apparently the cleaning crew left it unlocked because we were able to walk right in. It would be a great idea to have a small throw rug up front so the sand isn’t tracked in so bad. Upon entering the kitchen, we noticed several cabinet pulls missing screws. Within 30 minutes of my 1 year old grandson crawling in the floor, his knees and feet were solid black. The floor had been swept but definitely not cleaned. None of the doors except the master bedroom close properly. The shell lamp in the living room had about an inch of dust and so did a few of the decor pieces. The cleaning crew needs to do much better job of keeping such a beautiful condo clean for the next group of guests. Thank you!

The condo was perfect for our stay. We had a family of four and grandparents. The only thing we had trouble with was the elevators. There are several floors with several condos on each and only 3 elevators. At check in times it was difficult to get an elevator. Other than that the condo was perfect with wonderful views!

The condo was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked with utensils for our group of 6. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s not often that a condo checks all the boxes for everyone in our party and this unit did just that. We would definitely stay again!
