Adorable Coastal Home; Boats can be kept on seawall or side yard. Perfect location: close to beaches, and downtown Bradenton, Sarasota, and St. Petersburg - 45 min to downtown Tampa. Great nautical location, less than 25 minutes to open Gulf. Enjoy the Manatee river with the outdoor fire pit and cast a reel while enjoying the sunset views.

The house was exactly as described in the listing. We were only in town for a couple days, but enjoyed the chairs out by the water and the convenience to Bradenton and the interstate. We would definitely stay at this home again.

We loved this place! It is exactly like it is pictured. The view of the river from inside is unbelievable! We could see dolphins every morning, afternoon and evening. The only negative thing. Is the king size bed. It is way too low to the ground with a large wood frame around it which is a hazard getting up in the middle of the night. We slept there one night and switched to the other bedroom with a queen size bed. One other thing, there is no swimming pool, which would of been a bonus!

The property has a beautiful view and we loved sitting on the lanai. The rest of the home was a could have used a little TLC. Little things like toilet paper holder falling off the wall. No instructions or welcome booklet with suggestions for restaurants or things to do in the area. The worst problem we had was the master bedroom which had a totally different bed then shown in the photos. The bed was on a platform that was practically on the floor and very hard to get in and out of. We wound up switching to the other bedroom which only had a full size bed. Also, we could have used some nightlights for the bathroom and instructions on how to use the tv!
