We had a fabulous week-long stay at Kudat Riviera. We hired cars in Kota Kinabalu and drove to Kudat; the journey was straightforward, taking around three hours, and the roads were much better than expected. On arrival, Francesca and her team warmly welcomed us and showed us around Frangipani. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed, and we liked the layout having the sleeping pods separate from the main living area. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. We especially loved the different outdoor seating areas, which offered plenty of space to relax in either the sun or the shade. The location is fantastic—if you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the perfect place. Having direct access to the beach from the villa grounds was a real highlight. The staff were wonderful: hardworking, helpful and friendly, and they truly made our stay memorable. A special mention goes to Francesca, who went above and beyond and was always available to answer our questions. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner throughout our stay, and the food was consistently delicious and plentiful. I would particularly recommend the seafood barbecue—the prawns and barbecued fish were incredible. We would definitely return if we are ever back in Borneo. It was the perfect place to begin our holiday and completely unwind.
This does not detract from the beauty of Kudat Riviera, but it was sad to see that some of the villas have fallen into disrepair. I hope the site receives the investment needed to restore its full potential, as this beautiful location provides vital jobs for the local community.

Heureusement comme nous avons séjournés à 3 reprises dans cet établissement je peux rectifier
Francisca et Ben au top.
Mention spéciale à Ben qui nous a permis de régler un problème important.
Ces villas sont magnifiques, meublées avec goût, spacieuse, la dimension des piscines privées est hallucinante.
Tout les membres du personnel sont très serviables et gentils.
Bon petit déjeuner.
La plage est sauvage, vraiment splendide.
Un petit peu sale à notre arrivée mais c’était sans doute du aux conditions climatiques.
Sur notre première villa,
La climatisation est un petit peu faible en journée
Les toilettes a un autre niveau que la chambre sont pour ma part un inconvénient car je vais souvent au toilette à moitié endormie la nuit.
Par contre sur notre dernière villa (Sunset), tout est magique rien à dire en point négatif.
Elle est juste parfaite et gigantesque

Le calme
La plage quasi déserte avec couchés de soleil
Les équipes : merci à francisca pour sa disponibilité et son travail
Grâce à elle nous avons pu avoir un driver ponctuellement et des massage dans la villa
Le confort de la maison
Un peu plus de diversité au niveau des repas serait un plus car il n’y a rien à proximité pour manger
Mais tout ce que nous avons mangé était très bon

Personnel très attentionné et réactif, très bon petit déjeuner et un goûter est offert chaque jour. La piscine est agréable et il n'y a pas vraiment de vis à vis ce qui est un plus.
L'établissement étant en pleine nature nous avons fait des rencontres pas très agréables avec 2 serpents mais le personnel est intervenu rapidement. Par ailleurs, nous n'avons pas aimé le fait que les salles de bains soient uniquement accessibles par l'extérieur et qu'il n'y ait aucun passage interieur entre les différents bâtiments qui composent la villa.
