El personal fue muy atento en todo momento con nosotros. El lugar dónde queda es muy tranquilo y muy cerca del centro para ir caminando. Nos gustó mucho el lugar.

Location was good, the staff were super nice, the breakfast was really good. They had an outdoor area that was very handy and peaceful

Well located, good location close to Calle Caracoles. Comfortable and clean room and bathroom.
Very poor breakfast for the price. Honestly hard to consider it as a breakfast. Only a small box of juice, one cup of yogurt and a tiny pack of cookies. No fruits, eggs, bread, butter, coffee or milk. They offer a small kitchen where you can prepare things for yourself. Even the day that I didn't leave the hotel early for the tours, the pack of breakfast offered was the same, nothing was prepared by the staff for the guests. In the reservation it was informed that the check-in would be at 2 pm but the room was available for me only at 3 pm.
