Excellent location right near the main centre of San Pedro but still quiet. The owner/manager was always contactable via WhatsApp which made it easy to communicate when my flight was delayed in arriving. The room was perfect temperature - stayed cool during the heat of the day and warm overnight and early morning so no need for heaters.
Reasonably basic facilities and the room itself doesn’t contain anything other than a bed and some storage. There is only a shared kitchen.

Cute little adobe rooms off a central courtyard garden. Courtyard was nice place to relax during the day with friendly cats. Kitchen and fridge facilities meant we could buy breakfast and lunch ingredients. Basic bathroom but hot shower. Friendly owner. Laundry service offered. Very close to the centre of San Pedro, but still quiet at night. Stayed for a few days and felt at home
Visited in July when it gets very cold at night. The adobe walls were a good insulator and there was a small electric heater to take the edge off the chill. Plenty of blankets on the beds ensured we slept well, but be prepared for a cool room first thing in the morning.

Good location, helpful staff and large enough private room
Lacking privacy: no isolation and the door had a thin see through opening. Also both the shower and toilet did not function flawlessly.
