Lovely property and an absolute perfect location!
We really enjoyed our stay at Chez Evra. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location is truly excellent. You are literally stepping out right next to the beach, as well as fantastic local restaurants and bars. It is also within reasonable walking distance of the train and trams, making it incredibly easy to catch a ride and visit places further afield like Monaco and Cannes. Having the washing machine, iron, etc. was also really useful.
The host was wonderful —it was a lovely touch that they were there waiting outside to meet us when we arrived to welcome us and show us to the apartment.
Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend!
The only minor things to note were that the room was probably a little bit smaller than expected, and the communal areas leading up to it could do with a little bit of maintenance, but it didn't really matter and didn't take away from an overall great experience. Highly recommend!

Τα πάντα. Το 10 είναι λίγο. Πάρα πολύ καθαρό, σε κεντρικότατο σημείο αλλά το διαμέρισμα πολύ ήσυχο, γιατί βλέπει σε πίσω κήπο. Διακοσμημένο με γούστο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η Eva υπέροχη οικοδέσποινα, πολύ ευγενική και φιλική. Μας έδωσε χρήσιμες πληροφορίες. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα ξαναμέναμε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Eva!

De gastvrije eigenaren hebben ons zelfs opgehaald van de tramhalte.
De locatie is perfect, verder was de kamer netjes en schoon en dichtbij alle bezienswaardigheden en het strand.
Leuk balkon en geen last van straatgeluid of van de cafés of barretjes !
Het appartement was een beetje klein en ook was vrij gehorig, niet van de straat maar van de buren. We konden de buren van twee kamers verder aan de overkant letterlijk horen praten.
Verder niks op aan te merken! 😀
