About this house rental

Situated in Provincetown, this lovely house for $233 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. The town house features sunny exposures with wonderful water views, newer oak floors throughout,fully air conditioned (split a/c where every room can be controlled) , wireless internet, parking for two cars, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fully equipped kitchen,four televisions, linens, towels, great sunny deck,two bathrooms(one with bathtub/shower and the other a shower) all bedrooms have king size beds. The townhouse is 2 1/2 stories tall but on 5 levels. This configuration allows for all rooms to be on separate levels giving lots of privacy for larger groups. The smoke-free home is located in the West End on Creek Road at Franklin Street. Also the townhouse has high speed wireless service. This home is located in a very quiet area and will not be a good place for renters who want to 'party'. While the townhouse is in a quiet area, the walk to Commercial St is less than 10 minutes. During the summer rentals are 7 nights Sat to Sat sometimes I allow shorter stays but they must either start or end on a Saturday. Just ask me the dates you would like. Memorial Day Weekend 3 night minimum Labor Day Weekend minimum 4 nights check in is after 3 pm but usually you can leave your belongings/car as early as 11 am check out before 10 am For non summer weekly rentals, Most times, check in can be earlier check out much later just ask I provide a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper and washing soap.

This hour was perfect for a group of friends staying for a week. Close proximity to all the action, while still far away enough to enjoy the serene views of Provincetown. Mini splits kept entire house cool, linens were well stocked and check in process was a breeze! Only improvements we would note would be some cosmetics updates and a deeper cleaning process during turnover. For the amount paid for a rental week, we felt the home should be cosmetically in better shape than it was. Overall, a great stay!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo. We spent hours on the porch enjoying the view and birdsong. The location is perfect with everything in walking distance including the only grocery store and commercial street.

My friends and I had a beautiful Memorial Day weekend at this place. It was ideally located and perfectly equipped with everything we needed, and Glenn was very friendly and communicative. We hope to be back soon!

Amazing townhouse in an excellent location! 3 big bedrooms with king sized beds and comfortable mattresses and linens, well stocked kitchen and a beautiful view. Glenn was a wonderful host.

This is a perfect place for 6 adults. Awesome view over the P’town harbor from the spacious living room and deck. It was immaculately clean and comfortable. Glenn was very helpful with any questions we had. We enjoyed our week very much and highly recommend it.

The house was perfect for our family of 4. The kids each got their own bedrooms, which they loved, and the location was perfect. It was great being able to walk to Commercial Street and Liz's Cafe was close and convenient (as was Perry's Wine Shop!). We hope to return soon!

The location is just far enough from the main roads to be quiet and relaxing but close enough to walk to anything. The layout is great for sharing with friends with one bedroom per floor. The beds were big and comfortable and the AC works very well when it’s too warm for the excellent airflow from the windows and deck. The place was clean and ready when we arrived and Glenn is very proactive and an attentive host. The only room for improvement might be a couple more towels given all the showers after the beach and pool.

We had the best weekend at Glenn’s Provincetown townhouse. It is decorated wonderfully and very well cared for . He has thought of everything you would need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Also he is a super host and was very easy to contact and communicate with. We loved the location too , it was close to everything we wanted to do and a we loved that we could walk to so much. It was all just perfect , Thank you Glenn

Went to P’town for wife and daughters birthdays. property was as described and did not disappoint. Loved being able to walk to commercial street for meals and to the jetty to hike across to long point. GREAT location!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was exactly as described & it was very well maintained. Very nicely appointed & easy to feel at home. The Location was perfect. I would go back in an instant. I highly recommend!

Glenn's place was the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of daily city life. Beautifully apportioned and ideally located, this lovely condo on the West End served as home base for a wonderful long weekend in Provincetown. The entire experience was seamless and joyful. We are already looking forward to our next stay!
