Contemporary North Mission Beach private home, steps to the beach, with fresh beachy feel, high-end appliances and plenty of natural light with privacy blinds. Perfect for families and getaways! Take in the breathtaking San Diego views of Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean from the private rooftop deck. The rooftop deck has a complete 360 degree view of San Diego: Mt. Soledad, Downtown San Diego, Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Description: The first floor patio provides a perfect setting for entertaining and for enjoying the famous San Diego weather with a relaxing seating area. The exterior also affords a heated outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and saltwater after a fun day at the beach, located just steps away. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms (one queen and one full/full bunk bed which sleeps 2 adults or up to 4 small children) with closets and TVs The second floor has a master bedroom with queen bed, en suite bathroom, closet and TV, a second full bathroom with washer/dryer and additional bedroom with king bed, closet and TV. This bedroom has ocean views. The third floor is the main living area with open floor plan consisting of fully stocked kitchen, barstools, living room with TV, half bath and access to outdoor patio with large dining table, awning and bbq grill. The rooftop deck is accessible from the third floor. This rooftop deck has a bar height dining table and lounge area allowing for relaxation and full panoramic views of the ocean and bay, which is something only a select few houses can offer in Mission Beach. The storage closet is fully stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys, cooler, smash ball, volleyball, football and more! Beach towels accessible in the bunk bedroom. This house is perfect for families. Sleeping Accommodations: 1st Floor: Guest bedroom 1 Queen 1st Floor: Guest Bedroom 1 Full/Full Bunk 2nd Floor: Master Bedroom 1 Queen 2nd Floor: Guest Bedroom 1 King Parking: This house also offers 2 covered carport parking spots which is a must have amenity when vacationing at the beach. Friends and families will love the ability to pull up, park and conveniently gain access to the house and it's wonderful amenities. West spot: 7'2"H x 9'0W x 22'D East Spot 7'2"H x 7'8"W x 19'D Things to note: Primary renter minimum age requirement 30. No smoking is allowed on the premises. 3-story home with stairs. 2.5 bathrooms, with no bathroom on first floor. This home is pet friendly, however there is a $100 per day fee to bring your pets. Please pick up after them. Dogs are allowed on the beach before 9am or after 6pm in the spring and summer (after 4pm in the fall and winter) Safety/security devices: Doorbell camera at the front door, outdoor camera above the carports facing the alley, outdoor camera on the west side of the house that is pointed toward the rear of the home/alley, outdoor camera pointed toward the front gate at the front of the house. There are no recording devices in the home or any private spaces. Mission Beach is just a few minutes from Sea World, 15-20 minutes from the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport and downtown San Diego. This property is located in North Mission Beach, steps from the beach and is about 1 mile north of Belmont Park and just over a block south of Pacific Beach. Located less than 100 steps from the beach and only one block away from the main shopping center in Pacific Beach with a plethora of restaurants, bars, boutiques, convenience stores, bike and board rentals, to name a few options! Attention: This rental is located in a quiet, high density neighborhood with house rules and is only suitable for quieter guests. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise. Parties, events or gatherings are prohibited. The Tenants shall have no more than 10 (ten) total, Adults 8 (eight) MAX persons reside or sleep on the premises. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund.

The location is perfect for days at the beach with lots of restaurants and activities within walking distance. Owners instructions and communication were very good and organized. Amazing sunsets from the rooftop deck. We would stay here again for sure.

This house was incredible! It was so clean and well taken care of. You can tell the hosts put a lot of time and effort into it. It had everything we needed and the rooftop was amazing, best one in the neighborhood! The hosts were easy to reach and wonderful to work with. I will absolutely book this house again for another family gathering!

Loved every part of our stay. Beautiful and clean. Within walking distance to just about everything. Convenient parking spaces on site, but beware, a large truck or SUV wouldn’t fit. Plan accordingly!

This property was clean, modern, and had the perfect location: close to PB but accessible to Mission Beach/Bay and Belmont Park. We had kids ranging from 7-15 and the place accommodated our group well. There were ample beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys for our use and multiple hoses to rinse of before entering the unit. A vacuum was accessible too, to help keep the place tidy during our stay. If traveling with young ones, the house is very vertical and requires a lot of stairs. It wasn’t an issue for our group, but if my kids were younger or we had joint issues it could be tough to manage. The rooftop patio was a wonderful place to watch the sunset and Sea World fireworks. It was close to restaurants, shops and markets, Al within walking distance and the host was very easy to work with. Would happily return again!

We really really enjoyed staying in this property. A lot of VRBOs are sparsely decorated and stocked, but not this one. Bedding was so comfortable, plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Even beach chairs and boogie boards. We loved hanging on the top deck. Property was super clean!

Stayed here with a group of 5 adults and it was perfect. Fantastic location, easy access to the beach and lots of bars & restaurants. The roof deck was perfect to just hang out and catch up with old friends for hours. House was clean and modern, hosts were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. I'd definitely stay here again.

My family and friends recently stayed and had a great visit. The house was clean and everything is new and updated in the house. The washer and dryer are in the main bathroom which is a little difficult especially since there is no vent to the outside. Otherwise it is a great house. No complaints.

This house was amazing! The location was absolutely perfect. The beach is a few steps away which made it very convenient to run back for bathroom and snack breaks. We had 8 adults and 1 child. There was more than enough space for all of us.

The rooftop deck was everyone's favorite space. We watched the beautiful sunset each evening and the Sea World fireworks a few nights.

We just got home from our stay and we loved the beach house. The location was perfect to walk to the beach or the bay. You could see the ocean from the rooftop and also catch Seaworld’s fireworks around 7:45 at night. The house was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The owner was responsive by text. We really enjoyed our stay and if we end up in the area again we would love to book again!

If you’re looking to impress your family and friends with a flat in mission beach, look no further. This place offers a lot, from modern accommodations, a rooftop balcony, and being walking distance to the beach. Would absolutely come back. Could only recommend adding cafe lights and a fire pit to take the flat to another level.

We prioritized a place that had bed space for each person and was comfortable, clean, and modern. (Name of place?) checked all the boxes for us and did not disappoint! We had plenty of bedroom, living, and cooking space. There were so many extras around too (blankets, books, games, etc). which helped add a homey touch. All the beach essentials were also so helpful (towels, boogie boards, chairs). The best part was the view on the top of the building and the ability to hang out comfortably and eat meals up there. The owners were extremely helpful, accomodating to our needs, and quick to communicate. We are already looking forward to our next stay and we feel like we got a true San Diego experience!

Beach townhome bliss
The owners were fantastic. Accommodating and responsive. The house itself is beautiful, and comfortable. An honest 150 steps to the beach by way of alley, left at the next alley and a 20 yard walkway onto the beach.
The house is three stories + a roof, so it is very vertical - which for our group was ok, (kids aged 3-6) but I would keep that in consideration if you have younger kids. House is well appointed and clean. Would love extra towels and paper towels somewhere in case we need them - simple fix.
All in all, I would recommend.

This newer beach house is clean and comfortable and provided all we needed to enjoy a week at the beach. Easy walking distance to restaurants and bars from the house. We also cooked some meals at the house and had all we needed in terms of cooking ware and appliances. Nice rooftop balcony to see the waves or the Sea World fireworks or enjoy an outdoor meal on the top deck or deck off the family room. Communication with the owner, Neil, was easy and it was nice the owners are fellow dog lovers and allowed us to bring our family dog to stay with us. Good to have 2 designated parking spots, tho, the parking spots are a bit tight, but we found street parking a couple blocks away for our full size truck. We are glad we booked this house and recommend it to all families looking for a great stay at beach and bay.

VRBO with confidence at this house. It is a 30 second walk to the beach, and a 3 minute walk to the bay. The outdoor patios are fantastic, and there are four appropriately sized bedrooms. I don’t think you’ll find much better in Mission Beach.
