A truly relaxing holiday retreat, perfectly positioned at Moana Beach. This unique beachfront townhouse is the ideal place to slow down and enjoy the coast. Wake to ocean views, spend your days on the beach or at wineries, and unwind in the six-person spa as the sun sets over the water.
With spacious decks, a private garden and outdoor entertaining areas, it's perfect for couples, families or friends. Local cafés are just around the corner, and McLaren Vale is only a short scenic drive away.
This unique two-story beachfront townhouse comfortably accommodates two to six guests, making it ideal for couples, families or friends travelling together.
Designed for relaxed coastal living, the home offers ocean views from the front decks, a large six-person spa overlooking the beach, and a beautiful private garden at the rear, giving guests the best of both worlds.
Downstairs, you'll find a comfortable living and dining area with a relaxed coastal feel, along with a well-equipped kitchen overlooking the lush rear garden. The kitchen connects seamlessly with the outdoor kitchen and undercover alfresco, creating the perfect space to gather, dine and relax.
The home features three queen bedrooms, a beautifully renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate bath, and a second toilet downstairs. There is also reverse cycle ducted air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV to ensure a comfortable stay year-round.
Outdoor living is a true highlight. At the front of the property, spacious decks on both levels capture beautiful views across Moana Beach, while the upper deck features a large six-person spa overlooking the ocean – perfect for a morning coffee, an afternoon soak after the beach, or unwinding as the sun sets over the water.
At the rear, a spacious undercover deck and alfresco dining area sit amongst lush lawns, established palms and birds of paradise, creating a private and sheltered space for long lunches, evening meals or simply relaxing with a book. The outdoor kitchen and secure fenced yard make this space ideal for families and guests travelling with dogs.
Local cafés are within easy walking distance, while Port Noarlunga's cafés and boutiques, Star of Greece, Breeze Café and the renowned McLaren Vale wine region are all just a short drive away. The Adelaide CBD and airport are only 45 minutes drive.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire townhouse and all outdoor areas throughout their stay (excluding the garages). There is plenty of space for parking in the driveway directly in front of the property.

We had a lovely stay from start to finish. The property was easy to access and the owners were in touch to ease the check in and out process. We also wanted to extend our stay and this was easily facilitated through the owners. The view from the master bedroom was gorgeous, waking up to the ocean everyday was magnificent. We will be returning in the near future. Highly recommend stay here!!

BEACh RETREAT We were very impressed with the beautiful and modern home.The outdoor area is stunning and we loved cooking on the BBQ.We don't go away without our dog so it was wonderful to have her with us enjoying this beautiful environment with a seaview .We loved using the spa on the balcony with a gorgeous view as well .We had everything we needed.Communication was good.Thankyou!

Item like exhaust fan , microwave and kitchen benchtop were dirty. Bath tub was willed with water.
