Nestled in Solana Beach, this charming condo for $305 per night is a great choice for your next break. Minimum 7 day Rental Maximum 29 day Rental Please see uploaded Video of Condo Furnished - 2 Bedroom 2 Full Bath – Single level on West (Beach) Side This luxury condo is in Solana Beach located on the bluffs above the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Just blocks away from the world famous Del Mar Racetrack and Fairgrounds. Del Mar Beach Club is a private/gated ocean front complex. This fully furnished condo sleeps 4 people – the master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single/twin beds. We are permitted for 5 people but do not have an additional bed for the 5th person. All appliances in the kitchen are stainless steel and granite counter tops. LCD Flat screen TV with Cable TV and DVR ready so you don’t miss any of your favorite shows. Big screen TV’s in each bedroom. WIFI high Speed internet access included. You will have an assigned parking spot. Can provide a second assigned parking spot if requested. Quest parking is available with a quest parking pass. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. When coming up from the beach there is a Club House/Lounge that is on the ground level on the way back to the unit. The Club House/Lounge area has a bathroom with a hot shower down the hall. The Club House/Lounge overlooks the ocean and has a large center fireplace for lounging and watching the sunsets. Quick Beach Access: There is a private wide staircase just steps away from the unit built into the cliff leading from the complex to the beach that is much more private due to limited access. AMENITIES: Oceanfront Swimming Pools 2 of them on the Bluff and another pool across the street on the non-beach side. There is also another pool that is heated all year right next to our condo which also has a large sauna and indoor 7 Person Jacuzzi, bathroom with showers, BBQ’s and Gym Work Out Room (18 years of age or older only. At onsite office you would need to sign a waiver form and deposit $50.00 for the key which will be refunded once the key is returned). There are 2 tennis courts( Also will need a deposit and key from onsite office). Nearby there are grocery stores, restaurants, banks and lots of great shopping. VIEWS Complex sits on the bluff with fantastic ocean views by sitting at the pool or sitting at the view deck just steps away from the condo. Also enjoy the view in the enclosed clubhouse/Lounge that overlooks the ocean also just steps from the condo. This condo does NOT have an ocean view Please Note: No Ocean View from unit. We had a great time during our almost three week stay in Del Mar. The property was great - clean and functional! We were close to the steps down to the beach (though that is trek!) and the beach is amazingly clean and quiet. We would absolutely stay at this property again - thank you again for hosting us!

Kim’s condo was very comfortable and in a wonderful location. We truly enjoyed the quick beach access and super close proximity to the pool. The beach was fantastic and never crowded. Great family times. The condo had great internet access which allowed me to work virtually for part of our stay. Highly recommend and would stay again without hesitation :-).

Great Stay
Great location and beautiful beach. No AC was a little uncomfortable a couple of days of our stay, but overall a great place.

Perfect location for a beach getaway
The location of this property is awesome - the beach is close and the area feels very safe. No need to cross major streets or anything. The heated pool and hot tub are also steps from the condo. The grill is in the pool/hot tub area and we used it one night without any issues. Another bonus was the beach toys and buckets. I noticed on the last day that there is a large umbrella for the beach in the closet but we never used it. Beach towels are not provided so be sure to bring your own. You will also want to bring coffee filters, shampoo, conditioner and some of the basic cooking supplies you may need (olive oil, Pam, spices, etc.). The kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchen supplies we needed (skillets, pots, measuring cups, etc.). It was nice having a TV in every room with DVR capability on the TV in the living room. Living room also has a DVD player. The full size washer and dryer was also very convenient. We stayed with our 5 year old son and the place was more than enough room for the 3 of us. We went to Legoland 2 days in a row and it was an easy 15-20 minute drive from the condo. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Kim, the property manager was excellent to work with. There were just a couple of small issues but once we notified her, she got right on it and took care of all of our needs. I would definitely return to this property.

Being so close to the dog beach was so much fun, even though we did not have a pet. Many places are walking distance - great dinners, coffee/pastries, breakfast/brunch, CVS, mini-mart. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly - many folks out walking their dogs, taking a morning/evening stroll, taking their kids to the ocean.
Apartment was plenty roomy even though we had five in our party, parking was easy and convenient, and we had a lovely stay with no problems. Host was very responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend, and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect location and great condo
We stayed here with our 4 and 1 year old and the place worked great. The condo is right next to the very warm pool and the kids spent a lot of time there. Beach access is fantastic, right down a few flights of stairs and the beach wasn't crowded even on Memorial Day. The condo had all the things needed for cooking, sleeping, and relaxing and we definitely took advantage of the big box of sand toys. Great stay!

We had such a great time staying here. The condo was in the perfect location, close to the pool, beach and parking. Clean and comfortable. Kim was really easy to work with, and was very flexible with the Covid circumstances. We would definitely stay here again.

Del Mar-Solana Beach Condo
Nice size condo, well stocked. We enjoyed how close it was to Del Mar Race track since this was the main reason we were visiting. FYI, there are a lot of steps to get to the beach but the beach was very uncrowded and nice.

Great July Break from AZ. 112 degrees
We are familiar with the location and the DMBC, so the property plusses were not new ---- walk to Cedros and restaurants / easy beach access (with lots of steps) / pools / hot tub / exercise room / great views from community room deck.
Unit was actually more spacious than what pictures depicted. All amenities needed were in place -----including a Boogie Board. Had WIFI connectivity problem on arrival, but Kim had an immediate modem/router upgrade installed -----worked fine all week.
Will definity keep on the list for a future July Getaway.

Mostly Just Ok
Overall, I would rate this as just an average vacation rental. The beach club, access to the pool and access to the beach are fantastic, but the condo itself was not great.
To begin with, the Del Mar Beach Club is a quiet spot, and the beach was great and pretty private/quiet as well. There are a lot of steps to get down the cliff, but you can see those in the pictures so that was fine. It's only about a 5 minute walk to the beach from the condo. The beach club is right by the Del Mar race track, and traffic was very congested due to an event there.
The pool is right outside the back door from the condo and again was never very busy. We enjoyed that.
Things we didn't like:
The check-in instructions we received from Homeaway were apparently not the instructions the manager expected us to get. A few phone calls upon arrival (she was very helpful) got us in, so it was only a mild irritation.
The condo itself smells very musty/damp. We opened windows and ran fans the whole time we were there and it helped a little, but not much. There were lots of little things that just show a lack of attention to detail throughout; I won't list them all but there were enough for us to notice. The wifi was a constant struggle; kept having to reset it to get signal and even then you wouldn't get it out in the living room, only back in the master bedroom where the router is located.
We've stayed at many Homeaway/VRBO places, and every other place there has been some sort of note/instruction out on a counter or table for you to help explain the rules and also welcome you to your vacation rental. In this case, we had to search through the drawers and found a stack of old papers and the instructions for check-out were somewhere in the middle of the stack of paper.
In the end, we enjoyed the location and access to the beach and pool, but the rest was average.

Definitely Worth Staying
This condo is in a cute complex with kits if amenities. The owners are making upgrades to each part of the unit, and it shows nicely. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen spacious. The patio is also a great bonus.
I'd recommend a few things for the unit, which I think will make it a great 5-star place. First, the electronic smart door locks are too complicated. There are more user-friendly ones available that would make it less frustrating for tenants to get into and out of the condo. Second, it would take very little investment (maybe one night's rent worth) to furnish the kitchen with a full set of matching glassware and new pots and pans. What's there is rushed and not very nice to use. Third, really clean the place, including the kitchen cabinets.
Other than that, it's such a wonderful place and I think would be great for anyone wanting to stay in Solana Beach!

We had a wonderful week at the beach side condo at Del Mar Beach Club. The condo was clean and furnished nicely. Short walk to the beach and Fletcher Cove. Beautiful deck and swimming pool overlooking the ocean. Loved it!

Wonderful condo in great community in Solana Beach
What a great little place! When we arrived, I was surprised to find that it was so much nicer than it appeared in the photos. The owner is very responsive and super nice. The unit is right next to the pool, you can see it from the dining room. I hopped in the hot tub every morning. There are two beautiful ocean-front pools. It's literally just a few steps to the stairs to the beach, which feels private and the waves are excellent for boogie boarding and body surfing. There were lots of surfers, too. There's a huge deck with nice deck chairs and benches for watching the sunsets. Lots of friendly people around. There is no AC in the unit and we were there in hot, hot July, but there were several fans that we situated to keep the air circulating and it was fine. Close to the freeway, very easy to get to and close the shops on Cedric. We had a beautiful, relaxing time with our little family of four. Thanks, Kim!!!!

Enjoyed my stay and hope to return. Relaxation, serenity and offers everything you could ask for. Comfortable living space, fully equipped, beach accessories. Pool outside your door along with hot tub and gym. The view just a few steps away to wake to in the morning and sunsets in the evening just breathtaking.
