Exceptional

I stayed with 2 kids 5 monhs and 7 y old. I liked everythinh, perfectly equiped kitchen, spaciuos apartment, amazing swimming pool, undegroundd parking. Easy communication with staff. Superb location.

Amazing apartment, but complicated and poorly explained procedure to enter and get the keys

beautiful apartment with beautiful view. excellent pool and padel courses

you never meet anyone. there is a complicated procedure to follow to enter to the apartment and get the keys. additionally, the complicated procedure is poorly explained. you have to call more times and speak to different people in order to get all the pieces. on vacation people want to relax and not solve additional issues.

Great patio and location.

Very nice apartment. Clean and well equipped. Best thing - spacious patio, we've spent great time there. Nice location, close to the shop and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful area. Great WiFi. Highly recommended! :)

Disappointing

The swimming pool was clean but very cold. There were sunbeds available. In the areal is supermarket and good restaurant. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.

The walls are very thin or from such a material that you can hear anything your neighbours do. Lot of noise is comming as well from the hall. The flat is very cold, sunbeams reach it just early in the morning. The terrace could have been barely utilised due to its shadow, cold and wind. The flat needs check-up and reparations, many things are falling apart (table, main door frame...), equipment needs to be changed (cooking utilities, tv remote...). The kitchen is full of some small ant like insect. There are cameras in the living room and the dormitory- not sure what to think about that. The windows cannot be locked and can be opened from outside basicly.

Been visiting Tenerife for more than 20 years but never stayed in Palm Mar. We loved the apartment and the location and

A spacious well equipped apartment in a well maintained complex. Also very well located

There were no faults with the property. The spacious garden area was north facing and didn’t get very much sun. That’s a very minor concern though

Very good value for money, clean and reasonable comfortable.

Clean and all appliances you need, in a nice building mixed with residents. Easy access and quick contact with the rental agency.

Not enough towels for a longer stay, no beach towels. No consumables stocked like oil, detergent, spices for cooking etc. No airco, so it can become a bit hot.

Nice, well equipped apartment in an appartment complex.

The complex has a parking garage and a great swimming pool (depth 0.8-1.8 m, seperate kids pool). The appartment consists of one bedroom (king size bed), one bathroom (large shower), one living room with kitchen and a terrace. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, baking oven, microwave, washing machine. Toaster/water heater are available, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery too. The living room is equipped with a flatscreen TV (Spanish TV and Netflix). On the quite large terrace you have a table, some chairs and deck chairs. Supermarket and a couple of cafés/restaurants are just around the corner.

Mocan is really Perfect Stay

Great, modern, well equipped apartment, ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood. Perfect starting point to discover other parts of Tenerife by car or by foot. Plenty of trekking possibilities just next to the apartment. Spacious, superb patio area. The pool is just next to the apartment, clean, sunny and never overcrowded. We want to thank Marta property manager for superb communication and massive help, during our stay. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for relaxing holiday. We can’t wait to stay in your place again. Best regards!

Very good

Great value for money apartment in a lovely little town that served our purposes perfectly. We were in Tenerife for a cycling holiday so didn't want to be out out, or out late late. Good choice of bars and restaurants though and all very friendly. The pool at the apartment was good and clean as well.

I guess the apartments could do with slightly better soundproofing, but I'm a light sleeper and I would still go back.
