Amazing panoramic views towards the town and sea, this first floor apartment is perfectly situated for all the towns' amenities and attractions. Ground floor: Communal entrance lobby and stairs leading to first floor.
First floor: Front door leading into hallway with doors to: Double bedroom: with king size bed, wardrobe and dressing table. Single bedroom: with single bed and chest of draws. Family bathroom: with electric shower over bath, WC and washbasin. Lounge/Diner: with sea view, comfortable sofas and balcony, 42" Smart TV. Kitchen: with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing holiday with all the requirements provided to have a great stay.
The apartment was well equipped with sea views as an added bonus. The parking was a must as the area was very busy to be able to find a space to park without having to pay or park a distance away.
Would happily book again.

We have stayed in 10, Vista Court a few times and always found it to be a clean and tidy flat. There are many steps to get up to the property so not suitable for people with health conditions or a wheelchair. Car parking for one car is immediately below. There is a balcony with chairs and table and a panoramic view of Sheringham roof tops and surounding countryside and the sea. Sufficiently close to hear the waves on the beach. Nice size lounge, small but very useable kitchen, bathroom / w.c. with bath and electric shower. Main bedroom has a king sized bed and small room with single bed. The heating is by wall mounted electric radiators each individually programable. BUT see comments below.

10 Vista Court provided nice clean and comfortable accommodation, well laid out with sufficient furniture, facilities and kitchen equipment for a self-catering holiday. Everything worked. Having a designated parking space beneath the flat was a bonus. Beach and town centre are within easy walking distance. Flat is located on the first floor, immediately above the covered parking area beneath. It looks out over a public car park but there is a sea view beyond. There is a balcony with a table and chairs. We enjoyed our stay at the flat and liked Sheringham as a holiday resort. The flat represented value for money and we would recommend it.

great location but lights are dim, frequently no TV signal - needs to be updated to SMART/digital.
