About this cottage rental
Just a moments' walk from the seafront and town centre, this individual corner cottage a charming brick and flint period cottage with a character all of its own. Enjoy a walk along the coastal path or the cliffs high above the town. Ground floor: Lounge: sofas, TV and DVD player. Dining room: leading to Kitchen: with electric hob and cooker, larder fridge and freezer, microwave with door leading to courtyard. The rear porch area houses a spin drier, freezer, beach chairs and a windbreak but is also suitable for storing bikes etc.
First floor: Double bedroom with chest of draws, wardrobe and dressing table. Twin bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, chest of draws and wash basin. Family Bathroom: with shower-over bath, wash basin and WC.
Please note: There is off-road parking for one average sized car, on the concrete pad in front of the cottage and a long-stay car park 100 meters up Cliff Road for additional vehicles or visitors. Amenities: Bed linen provided, please bring own towels. Regret no pets. This property has an additional £15.00 per week applied to it to cover the rising utility charges.WiFi available. We enjoyed our stay at Sheringham at old school yard cottage my sister and brother in-law came with us it was their first visit to Sheringham we all had a good time .my. Husband and I have always stayed at the cottage it is in a great spot close too the beach , the pubs the shops everything is in walking distance and to visit other places they are just a short drive away also you can park just outside on a small driveway .As we have been a few times to the schoolyard cottage we are noticing over the different visits (over the years) the cottage itself could do with a good freshen up the paint work especially it is looking a bit wornout now.

Lovely location near beach & shops.Found stairs tricky as my wife has mobility issues & getting in & out of shower needs a grab rail ! Lounge comfortable,small bedroom was fine,but front one had damp in it.Found heating tricky ! Wouldn’t recommend cottage to anyone not great on there feet !

A very well equipped cottage in a great location, close to the sea and all amenities. Really good value for money and great to have a parking space directly outside.

This is our 5th stay in the cottage and the changes made since our last visit some years ago were very welcome. Has everything you could need, close to the beach/promenade but still peaceful. Clean on arrival and clean when we left as i don,t cook on holiday and we were out everyday, lovely and warm when we got back in after our days out. Would recommend .
