Located in Henlopen Acres, this charming house for $500 per night is a great option for your next trip. Just a half block to the beach and boardwalk. Spend your vacation at this great in town Rehoboth Beach location! Sunday to Sunday rental during summer season. Five Bedroom, with one on first floor, four bath home on the ocean block! Walk everywhere in town. Two large living areas, kitchen with two ovens and dining room allow you comfort even with a large group. Large front porch, rear screened porch and upper open decks allow you to relax outside. Off street parking for 5 cars. Tenants provide all sheets, pillowcases, bath and beach towels, soap and laundry products. toilet paper & paper towels provided beds have pillows, mattress pads, blankets and spreads. 7 night minimum during summer season. We will consider 3 night + stays off season--Rates based on occupancy and number of nights. Please contact us for details. Sunday to Sunday rental during summer season.

Loved our stay at Olive Street, walked the boardwalk, biked to nearby Gordon Pond Trail (a must!). House was well-equipped and cozy yet spacious for our mini family reunion.

This house was beautiful as advertised. It was a great house for a girls weekend. The 10 of us were very comfortable. It is at a great location very near to the beach, boardwalk and shops.. would definitely consider renting again.

My lifelong friends and I enjoyed a return visit after a four year hiatus. It is by far, the best house for our group of six. Cozy and comfortable, well equipped, and close to everything. Didn’t use a car once in 5 days. Property manager is great and was very responsive to us. Hope they find the tv remote. Can’t wait to go back next year.

We had a great time at your home at in Rehoboth. My family liked the quite but convenient location. We had two children ages 1 and 3 and it was an easy walk to the beach, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. Lots of space to relax and loved the back screened in porch and large front porch.

Our family had an amazing stay in Rehoboth. The house was clean and spacious for the 9 of us. The location was great, only a half block to the boardwalk and a short walk to restaurants and shops. We all enjoyed relaxing on the large front porch, taking in the views and ocean breeze. We hope to be back next year.

Our family had an amazing time at this house. The location to the beach couldn’t be more easy. It’s at the quiet side of the boardwalk so you get a lot of direct access to restaurants and attractions without the extra noise. The house itself is big enough so everyone has their own space. The owner is super responsive. Would stay here year after year.

We came for a visit to Rehoboth Beach for Mother’s Day. We brought our 83 year old mother and she loved it! We will be back!

This house immediately felt like home from the moment we walked in the front doors. It is spacious and comfortable in every way. The master bedroom was amazing and there was plenty of space for everyone from toddlers to adults. The front porch was a great place to sit on a rainy day and the backyard was quaint and private. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal and the bathrooms were plentiful! Will absolutely stay again.

Easy to reserve and instructions. Love the location and house! I grew up in Rehoboth in the 70s! This brought back so many memories and being so close to the boardwalk and beach was Amazing!!

This was our 3rd year staying at this fabulous house for the Lewes Polar Bear Plunge. Two blocks off the boardwalk this property is perfect summer or winter. Easy walk to shops and restaurants, plenty of parking. The house is spacious and well furnished for any size group. Bedrooms are comfortable and well cared for, kitchen is well equipped. The hostess is easily accessible at any time. We will be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay in Rehoboth! The house was perfect for our marathon weekend. The location was great- half a block from the boardwalk and a couple of blocks to Rehoboth Ave. The runners were able to walk to the start of the race and back from the finish. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms convenient. The two living rooms came in handy when our group of eight wanted to spread out to play games(there are a great variety available) or just sit and read. We cooked most of our meals so the kitchen was put to use. It was large enough for multiple cooks to work without getting in each others way. There were a few small things missing like measuring cups/spoons, lids for some of the pots, and a dish drying rack, but the kitchen was otherwise suffiently stocked. The gas grill was convenient. Pay attention to the list of things you need to bring - most importantly sheets and towels. Some of the pillows were extra long and my pillowcases didn't fit. Mary Ann was always quick to respond to my questions, check-in was easy.

This is the second time we've stayed here and it was just as much fun as the first. The house fits seven people easily and it's location can't be beat. The fall is a great time to be in Rehoboth. Give it a try.

Only steps away from the boardwalk and a short walk to retail shops and restaurants. Everything you would want inside and out; from a wrap-around front porch to engage with a passerby, as well as taking a nap in the quiet of the back porch. Spacious interior with plenty of bedrooms, and bathrooms, as well as common areas. What else would you ever want in a home?

Impeccably clean, and well-maintained beach house in a great location. We had a wonderful stay there. You are close to the beach and boardwalk shops, but on a quiet street. The house had plenty of space for 8 adults and 1 toddler. Nice sitting areas on the front and back porches. Highly recommend this house and hope to come back one day!

Stayed at this location 2 years ago and went to a different location last year. Made sure this year to come back to this location. You cannot beat it. The home is wonderful and clean and the location makes the trip amazing. Half a block from the beach and a 2 min walk into town for all of the action. Completely changes your trip when you can walk everywhere and when on the beach you can conveniently run back to the house for food and bathrooms or a quick rest from the sun. Checking in and out is simple and the owners respond when you need them (which we didn't). Only suggestion I can make is to get a bigger/better toaster....that should tell you there is not much you can find wrong with this house and location. Thanks for a great week!
