This was a decent property for the money. The living room was advertised as having a pullout couch/futon but it did not.

We stayed at this property end of December beginning of January 2024, and stayed 9 nights. We had no car, and this location was perfect. Close enough to walk to the grocery store (Public or Whole Foods), a ton of places to eat within walking distance. Neighbourhood is quiet, safe and cannot beat the view. The condo is on the 4th floor, and the view is exactly as shown in photos. The condo itself is exactly as pictured. Would book this place again..

We had a terrific stay in this small condo. The view from the balcony was spectacular. It’s not a brand new condo and feels used by previous visitors. Did not feel the pots and pans were clean so we eat out the while we stayed. We spent most of our time on the balcony watching the sunrise each morning.

We had a wonderful time! The location is excellent and outweighs the dated building and not having an en suite bathroom. Can't beat the ocean view from the balcony either! The owner was very attentive to questions we had as well which added to our good experience.

Place was great. Had everything we need. Was close to the Mayo where our daughter had surgery. This was perfect place for her to rest for a couple days before we started our long trip home. Management was great. Checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely a place we would stay again.

This condo is beautiful, clean, and has a gorgeous view. The beds were comfortable and the shower kept up with 3 of us. My only complaint, really, is the lack of decor and amenities, and the washer is very loud.

Thanks condo was very clean and had updated furniture and appliances. The balcony furniture was nice because it was all counter height so we could see the wonderful ocean view with no railing obstruction.

We needed a time away to relax. The location was perfect and the view was indeed lovely. We stayed in most nights, so the kitchen was a plus. My suggestion for improvement would be some nice thick towels since the ones there are well worn; more than two rolls of toilet paper;-_ and at least a rug. My feet felt dirty all week from sand we did not bring in. I tried vacuuming myself but it didn’t help. The kitchen lights did not turn off. Not sure what was wrong.

Very happy with the whole experience. Photos very accurate. Right on the beach. Listen to the waves on the balcony. Wonderful covered parking spot. New sofa is a double recliner. View of sunrise and sunset. Easy access to restaurants minutes away. Bearded Pig and Salt Life restaurants were great. I would return.

If you're aiming for an ocean view each day with quieter surroundings and direct access to the beach, this is it. Nice place, sufficient space, good parking--host was very attentive, kind & helpful. Check-in, check-out was a breeze.

Renting of property location was great however the place has roaches, the furniture in the living room was coming apart it was peeling it needs to be thrown out the bathroom sink stayed stopped up the whole time we where there I would never stay there again

The property was fairly clean, could use a little touching up but nothing bad enough to make a fuss about! It was directly on the beach and was by far the easiest check in/out experience I’ve ever had. Would definitely stay again!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The property was steps away from the beach and close to plenty of restaurants and stores! Unfortunately, all of the balconies in the complex were under construction so we were not able to enjoy them, but would definitely come back once they are finished.

We loved the condo, it had super comfy beds, great access to the beach, a beautiful view, the kitchen has plenty of supplies to cook with, and they have an inflatable mattress that our children were able to use, and plenty of beach supplies! The downside is that the balconies can not be used due to being unsafe. The lights by the elevator do not work on the 4th floor & it made me feel uneasy at night. The floor wasn't cleaned well before we arrived. The bathroom was only supplied with 2 rolls of very cheap toilet paper, 2 bath towels, and 1 hand towel. We were not provided any washcloths so I'm glad we brought our own. The beach umbrella is broken & was unusable. The outdoor shower is just paver stones that get slick... It would be nice if the shower had proper floors with a drain rather than standing in a puddle on the slick pavers. The condo doesn't look very nice from the outside, but the inside is lovely. Another recommendation would be to add room darkening curtains in the living room. If anyone is sleeping in there the light is very bright very early. Overall the condo was what we were looking for. It was comfortable, close to the beach, and we would recommend the complex to others.

We enjoyed our stay location is great since it right on the beach. Communication with the property manager was great, we couldn’t find the extra towels and I sent a text and received a quick response. The only complaint I have is that the dish disposal was not working so the sink would get backed up and sort of smelly. Otherwise our stay was nice!

Stayed one night June 24th. I was disappointed arriving due to the outside condition. Not appealling at all grounds not clean trash. The condo was OK but could use some extra cleaning spider webs in corners. Nothing fancy about this proberty AT ALL .

1st day no elevator. Pool wasn’t up and running until Wednesday. Housekeeping needs to clean under the beds and couches pretty dirty. Over all it was a 3.

Condo is right on the beach, 4th floor with amazing view. The inside of the condo was perfect, and we enjoyed our 5 night stay. The traffic in this area was busy. the outside of the building is outdated and in need of repairs but that didn't effect our stay. The owner was great as well. Will keep this condo in mind for future vacations.
