The property itself is spacious and decent but the poor location unpleasant entrance maintenance issues and lack of prop

It is not bad, good and spacious

The location is not that good. The main entrance is like a horror house small flies from the plant AC not working in one of the rooms no response the way to get the key from an entrance to another room to the small box for the key. It’s always hustle. The garbage always kept on the main entrance the whole bad smell.

Etwas missverständlich: es sind nicht 3 Bäder, es sind 2 Bäder (eines inkl. Toilette), dann noch ein Badezimmer extra und ein WC.
