Cheery 1 bedroom studio apt attached to hip East Austin home in the heart of everything--only one mile west of downtown Austin and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Short bus or rideshare to all Austin has to offer. Private entrance, private bath, roomy closet, kitchenette, and large private deck. Bath includes a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink, but no bathtub. Also includes off-street parking space. Kitchenette includes refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and basic utensils.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The location was overall quiet and clean. Mr. Thomas was very prompt when it came to answering all of my inquiries. Would love to stay again the next time I’m in Austin.

Property was as advertised. Good location with quick access to get around the city. Host was quick to respond to communication and was able to let us check-in early, which was very helpful. The only caveat I would put out for potential renters is that it is near a road and so there is traffic noise. We slept fine but if you're not used to that, it may be an issue. Would rent again.

Wonderful location, with easy parking. Close to so much, but nice and quiet. Very friendly host!
