This is a charming 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 twin beds), 1 full bathroom. Cottage is equipped with a full eat-in kitchen and living area, and an outdoor shower! WiFi is provided. Comfortable deck chairs for coffee in the morning while you enjoy spectacular views, a picnic table with lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided for your comfort and convenience. Bed linens and bath towels are included with this clean and neat cottage. Just bring beach towels and sunscreen and you're all set!!

My spouse and I had a wonderful time staying at this location. Everything was exactly as described! We had such a great time that we requested to extend our stay by a night! Our host, Diane, was wonderful to work with and extremely quick to respond. I would definitely return!

Had a wonderful time. The cottage was very clean and inviting with direct beach access, a great deck to relax, watch the sunset and the night lights of Provincetown. Convenient parking with a market/deli in walking distance. Diane was great and made the rental process worry free. Would definitely stay again.

This is a lovely property in a convenient location. The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of hot water with good water pressure. The outside deck, sand deck and beach are terrific. The view of P-town is great for awesome sunsets. As a bonus - the seals like to hang at the tide outlet that is 200 feet from the house. Small but mighty - great for a couple or couple with a one or two kids.

The beach cottage has a spectacular view and the backyard is the ocean, so it can not get much more stunning. The house was airy, bright, and clean. The check in and check out process was easy and the house itself is minutes from a marker and brunch/lunch restaurant. I highly recommend this property!!

We love this property inside and out. The location right at water's edge is incomparable and the cottage itself is bright, welcoming, and equipped with everything you need. And the touches of homey-ness are just right.

Planned a 50th bday trip to the cape, wanted to chill and hear the waves crash on shore while having some cocktails on the deck and enjoy the seals as they bobbed by…. The cottage is perfect their were 4 adults and the accommodations where ideal…. Love and took advantage of the outdoor shower…. Short drive to amazing restaurants… Mews in Ptown, lobster pot, cafe heaven just to name a few. And Moby Dicks was incredible south of the cottage…. Everything was perfect We are planning our next trip to the cape and will definitely love to stay at the cottage again….

My husband and I have stayed in various cottages along Beach Point for over 30 years. This is by far the best!! The deck and view cannot be beat. The cottage is just as the pictures show. Also very well equipped. Diane is very responsive and most friendly. We will return!!

My sister and I have been coming to Truro since we were babies and it was so nice to return as adults for a nice relaxing vacation. Cute little cottage right on the beach with a great deck. We enjoyed the sunsets and watching seals swim around. Would recommend!

We celebrated our son's first birthday while staying here, and it was perfect. We could easily sit on the porch, the beach, or even be in the water and have the monitor in hand. It was easy to do short stints on the sand with our little guy and let him get used to the water in small doses. We highly recommend this property as a getaway any time of the year if you have little ones where getting out the door can be a challenge. Here you really don't need to go anywhere!

We are a retired couple in our 60’s and 70’s. We loved the cottage for its close proximity to bike riding, walking, window shopping, and enjoying lots of local seafood. We frequented the national sea shores daily for our morning walks, and made it to the Wellfleet flea market on the weekend. The views from the deck were amazing and the sunsets were exceptional. The cottage was well appointed and was exceptionally clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I can't even explain how wonderful this property was. For the sunrise and sunset chaser. It was so peaceful and relaxing - the pictures do not do the property justice! It was pretty spacious for me and my mom - the deck space is huge! When it was high tide it felt like the cottage was on the water. Diane was a wonderful host and very quick to respond to every message! it was so easy from check in to check out! I hope we will be able to come back sooner than later!

We loved our stay at Diane's. We come to Truro every year and this was one of our favorite stays. Larger cottage than most right on the beach, with both a deck and a smaller sand area perfect for the kids to play in, then easy access to the beach. Lots of windows to allow for the bay breeze to flow through.

The cottage was a great getaway from the stress of daily life, and we had a really nice time. It's very well setup for anything you might need. VERY convenient location, excellent views, generous beach and dining/deck area, and (my favorite), an awesome outdoor shower. Plus. It's a quick walk to Days' Market, which has the best lobster rolls (and many other food and beverage options). A few notes, just to give this review a little balance: There is no deck grill. I knew this ahead of time, and it's because of condo association rules, so not a deal-breaker (mild bummer). We visited with our 15-year-old son. His spare room felt small for a gangly teen, but it was totally a first world problem. I would think with younger kids, or less picky, no problem. That's it! Great place, fabulous cross-breeze, very comfy master bed. I miss it already!
