The Springwater Bed and Breakfast

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Location is great.

We were only staying one night in Saratoga Springs and made the absolute best choice in the Springwater Bed and Breakfast! We had great communication booking , a kind and gracious welcome from Gerard, and met other friendly guests. The room was beautifully appointed, immaculately clean and super comfy. Breakfast was a real treat with delicious and very generous options with fresh juices and homemade , warm muffins. Our stay could not have been more perfect with a super nice and friendly staff. We had a great dinner right downstairs at the Brook Tavern, also an excellent choice. We will certainly be back!

Everything was great, fresh food, grt coffee, dining area Staff fabulous, friendly, clean

We had a room 2nd floor so stairs for my husband a bit tough

Uipon arrving to the facility we were greated by a very friendly employee who graciously walked us to our room which was in the secondary building. Gave us all the highlights and we were relaxed and excited to enjoy the weekend.

Gave us all the highlights and we were relaxed and excited to enjoy the weekend and we went upon our day That evening when we went to bed we realized we were placed over the kitchen from the restaurant below. Well the noise was loud and the hood scoop was right outside our window and the walls were vibrating. Needless to say no sleep until the kitchen was closed. When sending a message to the inn that we were NOT happy that we were NOT informed of our room being over the kitchen and if were informed would not have stayed there..we were give a very generic response and blamed us for booking thru a 3rd party. Now I owned an inn and totally understand how this all works and they were fully aware of what room we were in weeks before and could have called to say hey just so you know but nope. No here is a bottle of wine or refund a little of your money NOTHING!!!! Two nights of no sleep until the kitchen was closed.
