The Adelphi is a beautiful hotel inside and out, and it’s located conveniently right in the heart of Saratoga for easy access to lots of shopping. My room was absolutely wonderful with daily housekeeping service, as well as turn down service in the evening, where they left me free water bottles and chocolate truffles. My bed was cozy, it was nice having a shower and bathtub, and having a heated toilet seat and bidet was really nice!
Unfortunately, my room was on the side of the building overlooking a local restaurant/bar… they played live music until 11pm on Friday night and 10 pm on Saturday night. It was quite noisy, so I suggest, if you want a peaceful evening or if you go to bed early, ask for the side of the building NOT facing the restaurant with live music.

The staff and restaurants were excellent. The room and bath are high-end.
A $25 fine/convenience fee to FedEx a few cards my wife left behind. A "luxury" hotel normally goes out of its way to satisfy guests' needs. It doesn't penalize for a minor inconvenience.

The location was excellent, but the room was kind of small and nothing special. I expected something more elegant.
The reception area where we checked in was small, loud and crowded. It did not feel luxurious at all. I expected more for the money.
