Good

The hotel has a favorable location, sea-facing, eateries nearby. Seems to have just been reconstructed, so it's totally looking new, I love how quiet it was throughout the stay even that was holidays. Enthusiast support staffs is another worth.

We all think that the service was not very good as it comes with the rate 3-star. - Arrival time: we had announced in advance, even arrived a bit late, we still had to wait for the room to be ready. - The booked room: it was booked as a double room but they asked us to have 2 single beds combined (personally find it quite inconvenient because I hate the gap between those as I was with my boyfriend). - The breakfast included: the buffet was horrific, so bad that you have to turn around for ages without knowing which to pick. The rest of my team did not come back on next morning for the same reason above. - The bathroom: it looks kinda gorgeous until there was water leaking through the mirror into the room's floor. - The parking: it's kinda small even for bikes. We have our own, and sadly after the trip were some marks happened to my new bike's cover.

- the double room has a good seaview

- breakfast was terrible, lack of choice. the fried rice was too hard to eat and the noodles soup has no flavour - rooms are much smaller than the photos - lots of things run out

Beautiful views and great location made this a great stay.

the location and staff were great. Kim Chi and other front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming.

unfortunately one of the worst places i ever stayed in

unfortunately the location at more quiet end of town was the only “good” thing for us about the place

truly disappointing. this place looks so much nicer than it is. i really don’t know how it got such good reviews. it was dirty, the staff didn’t care or help, breakfast was a joke and basically none existent, we had to beg for towels of which they sometimes ran out, when there was a party next door the receptionist didn’t care about how we didn’t sleep, they kept our passports and didn’t give them back until checkout, we could only pay in cash. what’s worse about the experience is that we contacted booking directly but they also didn’t care. truly the lowest point of our vietnam vacation. the photos where taken after they “deep cleaned” the rooms.

Very good

Amazing stuff, available 24/7, can help and reccomand you place to visit if you don’t have a plan. Especially Trang, was really friendly!

location, location, value!

The front desk crew provided excellent customers services. Kudos to Linh (day Supervisor) and Duc (night Supervisor) were very professional and courteous in making sure my stay was pleasant. I really appreciated their hospitality.

Great hotel and amazing staff.

My friend Ralph recommended this hotel. Perfect location, Very accessible. The staff were amazing. The receptionists Kimchi and Ms. Linh were very helpful. They recommended great places to eat and visit. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends too.

The swimming pool is so small, the beach is just in front. Hotel location is a bit far from the busy walking area.

Exceptional

The reception staffs were quite gentle and polite. Especially Kiet and Pinky. Loved the sea and beautiful islands close to the mainland. Nice property. The breakfast was great more than expected. Will stay here again 💕 reasonable price too. Worth!

Perfect!

Is one of the nearest hotels to the beach and the view from the room is amazing. Clean and confortable, they allowed me to check-out at 2pm instead of 12 pm since my bus to the airport was at 2:30.

A gem of a hotel

Staff were attentive and quickly remedied any problems. Excellent seafood restaurants nearby. Easy to rent a bike and explore the surroundings. And of course the amazing view of the beach across the road.

The shower could really use a curtain to keep sand from the beach in the tub and the floor dry. Some of the lights and fans didn't work.
