The location was perfect and not to mention how lovely the staff was! They were available all around the clock and would tend to us when we needed. Hotel was clean and had all the amenities you’d need, service was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade as well, which made the stay even better. Would 10/10 recommend and would definitely come back x

The building was very quiet and peaceful. Cleanliness was top notch, things that broke were addressed and fixed immediately. Facilities were very well maintained.
As soon as you step out of the hotel, it was noisy and chaotic but it was not any fault of the hotel. That's just how it is at Nha Trang Beach.

I liked the speed of the elevators, the location, the views, the professional, helpful and friendly staff, the rooms, the quality of the room cleaning, the buffet breakfast.
Funky smell everyday in the hallways and elevator but the rooms smelled nice.

Newer rooms and amenities,staff,location across road from beach.
Little bar at reception wasnt well attended but reception sorted quickly.
Prefer an outdoor pool. But knew it was indoor before checking in.
