We enjoyed the amazing staff, very eager to help with any needs and always smiling. Restaurant and the complimentary afternoon tea was a lovely place to chill out.
Pool is large with amazing views, just felt it could be a little warmer being undercover it was a little colder than you would expect.

Best ocean view
The electronic system was bad for our room. We stayed there 4 days but 3/4 of them we experienced not-good electronic system. However, the technical staff and receptionist were supper supportive so we did not feel bad about the services here.

Very friendly staff
The towels, bed linens, and overall hotel were all very old. Cleaning was done badly all the time. The air conditioning was working not properly, and the hallways and elevators were always stuffy.
