Staff were great very helpful. Rooms were large and we were upgraded to a fabulous balcony suite. Great location.
Was not beachfront. My fault for not looking closer at the map!

The staff, breakfast are the most we liked about the hotel. The hotel has two pools, the pool floor which is floor number 18 is not clean enough to swim in and it could not be cleaned until we left. But, the hotel has SPA floor (5th floor) which also had pool (less than on 18th floor) and it was ok to swim in and more space to gather with family and friends to spend time together. Also, it is not a matter of hotel but the culture/tradition/law matter is that after 10pm there's no cafes or restraunts operation on the territory of the hotel. The staff is wonderful, friendly and willing to assist with any help needed, especially Hoi and Viet.
Pool and bar conditions could be reviewed and start operating for guests.

Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Das Bett war mega bequem und die Klima war zum Glück etwas vom Bett entfernt, sodass man sie problemlos über Nacht an lassen konnte , ohne sich Sorgen machen zu müssen, dass man sich etwas wegholt. Außerdem gab es einen Fernseher mit Youtube. 👍
Das Restaurant oben hatte ziemlich schlechtes Essen , es war sehr einfach, anders als auf der Karte beschrieben und überhaupt nicht aromatisch. Die Auswahl zum Frühstück war groß, jedoch nicht so lecker (außer das Sushi und das Obst) und auch meistens schon kalt. Das Personal war leider größtenteils nicht sehr freundlich, da man nie eine Antwort auf "Hello" oder sonstige Begrüßungen zurück bekam. Morgens um 7 Uhr wurden wir bis in die 17. ETAGE mit Musik beschallt von außerhalb.
