Very comfortable stay in Nha Trang. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with comfortable beds and reliable internet. The breakfast was good with a decent variety of options. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money, and I would happily stay here again on a future visit.
The toilet in my room was positioned extremely close to the shower, making it quite uncomfortable to use. The shampoo and shower gel were provided in very small tubes, which was a bit inconvenient. The parking area also closed quite early, so I had to leave my motorbike outside overnight, which did not feel very secure.

Hành lang được lót thảm nhưng không ai vệ sinh, nhìn bụi bặm, hơi dơ. Phòng ngủ trang bị máy lạnh cũ, tiếng máy lạnh ồn và không mát. Tủ lạnh cũ bin hư nên mình phải liên hệ lễ tân cho kỹ thuật lên check. Đã đổi tủ lạnh mới. Phòng hơi cũ và còn nhiều bụi ở góc kẽ.

Sân trước rộng đậu xe thoải mái, nhân viên lễ tân tận tình chu đáo. Phòng double thiết kế đẹp rộng rãi.
Tiện nghi trong phòng không tốt lắm. Khách sạn 4 sao nhưng chỉ có tủ mát loại cũ, không được tủ lạnh như các khách sạn 2 sao vẫn có. Nên ko trữ đồ ăn qua đêm được. Bồn tắm không có nút chặn thoát nước, phải gọi lễ tân mới có kỹ thuật lên lắp. Buffet ít món, đơn sơ, lên món không nhiều lắm, ít có chả lụa mỗi lần lên chỉ có vài lát. Ổ cắm điện trong phòng bố trí không được hợp lý. Muốn đun nước phải mang bình đun vào phòng ngủ hoặc toilet mới có ổ cắm điện. Phòng family hơi chật.
