The room was very good, excellent value, customer service was average,
Breakfast was good, definitely one of the best hotels for the price in Vietnam.
Staff need better customer relations skills, compared to other hotel I stayed at, the photo of the view was old and new buildings have been built blocking the view of the beach, there is a bit of a view but the photos are misleading.

Breakfast was a little poor prepared and day after a little better arranged. But they served very kindly. Thanks for the service of personals.
No welcome fruits, no welcome drinks. We feel, not welcomed. Last day we did not sleep and checked out at 20 O'clock. Paid full charge, no sandwich or snacks etc instead of breakfast. Maybe too much expects!
