These delightful spaces offer the perfect blend of comfort and adventure, accommodating both tranquility and lively moments. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this townhome provides ample sleeping arrangements to suit everyone's needs. Take a dip in the large screened pool or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun. Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Pool heating is available for $70 every five days, and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents. We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. Guest booking must be 21 years of age or older. We offer our guests access to a variety of amenities at The Oasis Clubhouse. Take a dip in the lazy river, work out at the gym, or challenge your family and friends to a game in the arcade. You can also lounge by the pool and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The Oasis Clubhouse is open from 9 am to 9 pm daily. Temporary structures are strictly forbidden by the HOA. This rental property has a Doorbell camera in the exterior of the home pointed toward street and front door.

Stocked with anything you could need! Pool is very small and it costs extra to heat, but overall clean and very nice!

Overall we had a great time. The host was super responsive and the home looked just like the listing. The check in process was easy and the house was clean. The only thing I didn’t realize was that the resort pool/splash pad was outside of the gated community and was about a 2 mile drive. Besides that, everything was great!

Pros: the property was nicely furnished, clean and comfortable for our party. It was near I-4, Publix and shopping. Cons: HORRIBLE check-in process. No indication of where check-in was occurring. After waiting in a line of cars for an hour, got to the point where there was a security guard who then told us we were in the wrong line. He sent us around the block to another line for another hour. Nearly 2 hours later we made it to the property, ONLY to find that the A/C unit was not working and would not turn on. Had to call the property manager who said they would send maintenance in 25-30 minutes. At almost midnight, we got some relief and were able to get to rest. Only because of the check-in process, I would NOT recommend this property to anyone, let alone stay in Championsgate area again.

The property was so meticulously decorated and clean so the first impressions were great. Loved the virtual concierge that is available with information anytime. The family's favorite amenity was the clubhouse. We all felt like we were at an all-inclusive resort. Food and service was top notch and the facilities were clean and fun. They even hosted a Bingo game while we were there. 100% recommended

The property was clean . The only thing was the listing said both king rooms had an ensuite bathroom and only one did. It was a minor thing. We would stay again and we would recommend it to family and friends

This was a great house, in a good, safe neighborhood. About 30 minutes from the Parks. The rental staff addressed any concerns we had.

When we arrived, it was 103 degrees in the house so prior to being able to unload I had to call the management company. After calling the management company, where they told me they would have someone there in about an hour, my husband, our dog and I were forced to either sit inside where it was 103 degrees or outside where it was 87 degrees. Finally someone came and worked on the a/c unit, within an hour the a/c was no longer blowing hot air. Our evening plans were out the window as we couldn’t leave our dog in house as hot as it was. Five hours after checking in, the temperature in the house was down to 81 degrees, which was still causing us to sweat but it was getting late. At this point we started unpacking our car and looking for pool towels in an effort to cool ourselves off. The house didn’t come with the promised towels. We didn’t pack pool towels as it was part of the list of items provided. We were only provided 1 kitchen towel, 3 washclothes, and 6 bath towels for a house that sleeps 10+. I emailed management and their response was they would forward my email over to the appropriate people. No one offered a solution so we had to “made do” when we paid for specific services.

We really enjoyed the stay, the pool was relaxing, property management was very responsive and helpful. The property was clean, and had a nice club house near by. The kids had a great time!

Everything was great until wifi went out. No effort was made for someone to at least try to reset router. There is Bad signal in that area so we Couldnt use our phones or use any Internet for the last 3 days. Trash wasnt picked up daily and the lock on the door wouldnt lock. No one responded about that eaither. Also, club house pool water temperature was like a sauna. Only went once. Other than those small issues i will still give this place 4.0 stars. The place was spotless and more spacious than it shows on the photos. The decor was also nice. Neighborhood was nice and gated.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the property. Check-in process was quick and easy. We did have a problem getting into the front door on the first day but a quick call to the property management's after hours number and we were inside the home in less than 5 minutes. The listing is very accurate. We wanted a home that was close enough to Disneyworld without being too close. This home was perfect. We loved the communication screen in the kitchen area. Made requesting a late check-out quick and easy. The amenities on the property (golf, swimming pool, lazy river, etc.) made our stay even more enjoyable than we expected. Would definitely stay here again.
