About this house rental

Well groomed & behaved dogs permitted additional fees apply, must disclose prior to reservation.Three level home with lake view from large deck on top floor off the master suite. The main floor has a front covered porch with a partial view. The back of the property has a lawn off the covered furnished patio. There are three sleeping areas, 2 bedrooms two bathrooms and the lower level has washer dryer bathroom two entry's, wet bar and fireplace. Ample parking, private Sandy beach with large dock, lifeguard, sliding board into lake, Adirondack chairs and flotation devices are provided with out cost. The aesthetics of the home are a mix of cottage and modern furnishings with clean nice open floor concept. Please make an inquiry IF you are interested in reserving the property for a stay thank you. No Phishing or internet scams are to contact me. Minimum age to rent is 25, exceptions made upon request. Check in time is negotiable, arriving later than agreed time will result in additional charges per hour.

Beautiful home with lots of outdoor living space. Perfect for our family attending a wedding in the area. Close to beach/lake access and places to eat. Enjoyed the views from the upper deck and front porch. Easy communication and check in and out. Thank you so much for a wonderful family stay.

Beth is so kind and easy to work with. Her home is beautiful and this is actually the 2nd time we've rented it and it was so wonderful both times. We went down to the lake and swam even tho it was pretty chilly! But it was a fun time and the neighborhood is relaxing and peaceful. So thankful for Beth and her home!
