Breakfast was okay. Would have desired some other choices.

No room service between the two days (vacuuming, removal of soiled towels, etc...)

I have no complaints. The breakfast bar was exceptional. Fresh drinks/juices. Coffee was fresh and hot and very good. The food was great And there was a lot of choices. I was very pleased overall. The eating area was very clean and comfortable. I was very pleased!

Close to what we needed. Easy access to hotel and room. Plenty of parking.

We have stayed at this hotel prior years with no issues so we booked again. This trip we felt the hotel had declined. There was a lot of dust and dirt around the furniture and when we moved the garbage cans there were dirt and old used wrappers from cough drops on the floor. Furniture and objects were obviously not moved to clean. We also had several “stink bugs” In the room we had to catch and release (can’t kill them- the smell would have lingered). On check In the gentleman stated we were not in the system correctly and we had to redo all our info and he stated he was not usually working the front but was today and he had to “find” the computer stuff to get us checked in. After a 16 hr long trip with a cold front and snow - we were ready to just relax and shower. The breakfast was alright - satisfactory for what they offered but if you wanted more than the very standard continental breakfast then eating out was your best bet. The hotel served the purpose for our several day stay for a hot and a cot but that was it. Due to the decline we have noticed in the cleanliness, staff, food , etc, we will not return to this hotel In The future. We will not recommend it and we will find other lodging. We stayed at several hotels this week during our trips and this one was by far our bottom of the list stay.
