Situated in Sunnyside, this lovely condo for $225 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Welcome to Pinnacle Port, a quiet little corner of the world featuring beautiful white-sand and crystal-clear waters. This family-friendly penthouse condo is located on the top floor in a gated community with 24 hour security. This recently updated three bedroom three bathroom unit offers great views of Lake Powell and the ocean. The living room features a high definition TV with a balcony facing Lake Powell. The master bedroom features a king bed, a flat screen TV and ocean view with balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds and third bedroom on the main floor features a queen bed with a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops. The condo has three full bathrooms, a washer/dryer and Wi-Fi. No smoking and no pets are allowed. Renters must be 25 or older. Pinnacle Port has much to offer our guests. There is one outdoor pool and one indoor/outdoor heated pool. Outdoor sports include four shuffleboard courts, four lighted tennis courts, and a basketball court. There are outdoor grills available for your use with some picnic tables. There is also a children’s playground on site. Canoes, kayaks and a paddleboat for use on Lake Powell are available. A marina and boat slip is also available for guests. Fishing off the docks is available with a Florida fishing license. Carillon Beach is adjacent to Pinnacle Port within the gated community. There is shopping on Market Street including a spa and restaurants. There is also live seasonal entertainment in downtown Carillon. This resort is close to 30A with great shopping and amazing restaurants or just minutes into Panama City and Pier Park Shopping and entertainment. It is located just 20 minutes from Northwest Beaches International Airport. This unit comes with 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella set up on the beach daily! March - Oct. The owner was great with helping with whatever issues arose in more than willing to work with us. We enjoyed the beach and the tranquil, peaceful end of Panama City Beach.

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port for 7 years now and this was by far our worst stay yet. We had gnats in Kitchen and bathrooms so bad it ruined food we had bought for our trip. The host did send out a pest control a couple times to find out if was a mold issue they had under the sink in kitchen and that they where fungus gnats. We where told upon check in that they had came in from a open window. The pest man said there was no way the infestation was this bad from a open window. We will never rent this unit again. Im not sure how informed the Host was about how bad the issues was till we arrived but it was to the limit we almost left several times. The Host did try to accommodate the issue but we should have been fully re-embursed for such an issue that we had to endure or lose all our paid trip. I would have even considered just rebooking new dates for no more cost and no pest.

We were pleased with this unit. Two balconies, one with lake view, the other with a gulf view. This two story condo felt like home and was nicely decorated. The location is great and beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and would book again! No complaints!

There were minor issues with the AC and the water pressure but it didn't bother us one bit and the host was very up front about it before we arrived and even gave a discount. We would highly recommend this place for any future guests!

We loved the views from both balconies. It was nice that each room had its own full bath. We also liked that one bedroom was downstairs while the others 2 were upstairs. There were thoughtful touches like soap, salt/pepper, Tupperware, toaster and kuerig
