One of Folly's Best! This charming 2 bedroom 2 full bath cottage has sweeping picturesque views of the Folly River and is just two short blocks from the beach. Situated on the 8th block of East Cooper you have the ultimate oasis with two full length porches rockers and hammocks to laze the day away. Inside you will find two queen beds one sleeper sofa and two full baths. The kitchen has a panoramic view of the river and offers the chef of your party plenty of room to prepare fabulous meals! The driveway will fit up to four cars and the yard is fully fenced. This home is the perfect place to getaway from it all in your own private paradise!

Cute cottage with a beautiful marsh view. While the home is a bit dated, you can’t beat the spacious back porch. We spent most of our time there enjoying the breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and it was super easy to get to the restaurants and shops. The property management company was easy to communicate with and the check-in/checkout process was simple. Would absolutely stay here again.

Location couldn't have been better! Beautiful view of the marsh and a quick walk to the beach. Bungalow was as charming as advertised. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed a week during Spring Break 2022, and had a great time at Folly Beach. The inside of the unit was clean if quite shabby and bare bones. The bedding needs a refresh; exposed box springs and a ripped quilt were functional, but not exactly up to snuff. The exterior of the property has a lot of deferred maintenance; the outside spaces, porch floor, railings, bannisters are dirty, moldering and have a lot of rot. Every newel post is rotten and falling off. There is mold, mildew on all porch surfaces, including the ceiling. The porches are huge and could be beautiful, but the outdoor furniture consisted of three dirty rocking chairs and a stack of plastic walmart adirondaks. Not good. No place for outdoor dining or a nap, either. A dinette set and a lounger or two would have been great. Also, I should note, the dock shown in the picture is not part of this property. You can see the marsh and Folly River, but you can't access it from the property. When communicating a problem or question when there, you'd better call because they don't respond to messages in the VRBO app. The only outside outlet didn't work for the half the week and we had to run an extension cord from inside the house to charge our golf cart.
