About this house rental
This 3 bedroom 2 bath villa sleeps 6. This lovely home is located in the very private gated community of Weston Hills in Clermont. 6.8 miles from Disney. This house stands out because it is located at the back end of the community overlooking conservation which can never be built on so there are no houses behind you. It provides alot of privacy. Watch the spectacular sunsets from the private pool or Jacuzzi. This house has been lovingly cared for over the years.This community offers many things to do for a family. As well as the pool and jacuzzi at the house there are walking trails, a soccer field, basketball court, tennis court, 2 pools, splash playground, volleyball court, and a large kids playground. Lots to do! A great place to vacation!

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

Beautiful home. This is the second time that we've stayed as a family over the years. The pool is amazing and the house feels like your home away from home. Per the description, you do need to purchase your own necessities (hand and body soap, laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent) but there are conveniently many local stores nearby. 40 mins away from all popular attractions. Would definitely stay here again. Love that there is a clean park, and additional pool/splashpad within the gated community for the kids.

We enjoyed the spacious home and it met our needs. Bathrooms could use a deep clean. No extra garbage bags, paper towels. Garage door needs some lubrication.

The home was nice. The pool and pool deck was very dirty.The access to the community was very slow and the scanner didn't work most of the time. An easier way to enter after the first time registration is needed.
