About this cottage rental
Located in Skiatook Lake, this attractive cottage for $120 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Extremely rare opportunity for intimate time at the lake. The only truly shoreside sleeping arrangements on Lake Skiatook, this unit is in one of only two cottages that are actually placed on the shore of the lake. Secluded and very private, but still just a quick walk to the amazing Cross Timbers Marina, restaurant and fishing. After a long sporting day come back to the quiet lapping waves of the lake onto the shore. Enjoy the barbeque grill and the privacy of this simple studio. A functional unit with fridge, electric stove top, microwave, coffee maker and bathroom with shower, this unit has a tall ceiling, a memory foam Queen bed and indoor and outdoor dining tables. Enjoy the semi-private deck with the best of all views of the lake. Combine this with the neighboring units for family vacations. *Must be 25yrs to rent* *This cottage has a strict no pet policy* Amenities Include: 1 Bedroom with queen bed 1 Bathroom Full kitchen Propane grill Direct TV Coffee pot Heat and air window unit Towels and linens provided

My wife and I stayed in one of the smaller cottages. We ran into a few issues. The check in process can be inconvenient. There was some miscommunication Between employees and myself. Also, they want you to check in by 5 PM or else they have to make other arrangements. So you only have a solid two hour window to check into your cottage. When we arrived, it was fairly clean, however, one of the outlets by the stove top was actually coming out of the wall, which could be a hazard. I did inform management, so hopefully they have fixed it. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay, and I would stay there again. Not to mention that the view is amazing. .

The cottage is adorable! Would love to see an upgrade for the bed and linens. The deck needs to be cleaned. Check in/out was perfect. Loved that the Host text us inquiring if all is good. Beautiful lake, very friendly area

Have stayed overnight twice now as I frequent the area for business. What a great place to get away from the city and decompress for the evening. Have only stayed in Shoreside, and I love it! The sunset views cannot be beat. Great burgers at the Fuel Point food mart up the road.

Our cabin was basically a studio apartment, and I think the adjacent cabin is a mirror image sharing a wall between the two. The third cabin is probably a bit larger and has some extra privacy due to a small private porch & entrance on the back side.
A bit smaller than expected, but it served our meager needs. The location is beautiful and well worth it. We loved sitting on the porch in the evening with the gas fire pit.
There were a couple small things that weren’t set up - no batteries in the a/c remote and the tv didn’t have any service. When we messaged the property manager about it, we never received any reply.
If you want evening media entertainment, make sure you download some shows in advance, since there is no wifi or cable available in the room.

Love the sunset view. Staff was very nice. The room was too small for me but it was good for one night. The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors but I had the best neighbors. We had a great time. Will go back to a larger cottage.

We celebrated our 24 years of marriage at Skiatook lake. We had a pleasant trip. I was surprised at the size and that it was connected to other rentals. If I would have read close to other reviews I would have know these details.

This was a great stay. The only issue we had was that the propane tank ran out in the middle of cooking dinner.

Beautiful cottage right by the lake
Our stay here was awesome! Cozy cottage (200 square feet). The cottage stayed toasty warm even in December. Super friendly people at the nearby Marina. Also a great restaurant within walking distance. It was a great couples getaway. Beautiful scenery to walk around.

We loved being right by the lake. The cabin is very small but was fine for a few nights. It’s very clean. If someone is staying in the adjacent cabin, you can hear everything they say and do, so it’s not very quiet. But it’s hard to beat the view.

We enjoyed the stay. We swam in the lake and enjoyed all our meals on the porch.
The overall experience was positive. Our reservations were guaranteed immediately. The check in process was very easy.
