Nestled in Quepos, this charming villa for $408 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This villa is perfectly situated in the heart of Manuel Antonio, just 5 minutes to the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. Also please check out our other listings & their REVIEWS: HA #3809273 & #7598275! From here you can dominate the whole area as this is probably one of the highest house in Manuel Antonio. Relax in a hammock on your covered balcony and enjoy pleasant sunsets and Pacific Ocean views. Alternatively wake up to a cup of Costa Rican coffee and watch the sun coming over the Mountains. This unique villa has tropical almond floors throughout the house and is blessed with the best natural light and breeze. This home has a large master bedroom with AC and king size bed and 3 other bedrooms one with queen size beds, Ac , fans and a private balcony . 2 of the bedrooms are smaller. There are 3 balconies to dominate the views all accessible from the living area via quadruple French doors. Should you need 5 bedrooms in Total , we have a guest house which is just a staircase away from the pool area which can only be rented to the same guests using this villa. Amenities: : We have a pool and a 1000 square foot deck and BBQ which appears to be the 'hang out area' as there is a perfect combination of sun and shade. We also have the possibility of a chef, so for a very competitive rate , enjoy dinner by the pool. Enjoy life as it is suppose to be. 1000 square foot deck ,32-in TV, DVD, Hammocks, outdoor furniture, AC, Fans, Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, cleaning service, Tel, safe, Parking area for 2 cars, Alarm. Activities: : Canopy safari, diving, sunset sails and dolphin watch, surfing, sport fishing, and all the best activities in Costa Rica. Area: : 3 km from the beach, 100 yards from the closest convenient store, within walking distance to 3 good restaurants, Internet cafes, drugstore and a great coffee shop. 3 km to downtown Quepos. We are not Located in a Gated community but in a neighborhood with other rental villas. The area is safe but at night the street lighting is poor. We do not recommend this villa for groups who want to be in a resort or for families with very young children as the bedrooms are spread apart for privacy. Be aware we also have stairs which may not be ideal for certain guests.

This property is amazing and has everything you may need. Bonus for the private chef option and included laundry service. It was amazing to see the neighborhood monkeys, macaws, and lizards from the multiple outdoor areas.

Where to start? From the house manager, Natalia, to the the housekeeper, to the views, pool, accommodations - SUPERB! You will not be disappointed.

The house was lovely - just as it appears in the pictures and very clean. Natalia, the property manager, helped with all logistics and even set up activities for us. Tamara, the housekeeper, kept the house spotless and even did our laundry for us. We highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a place to stay in Manuel Antonio!
A few tips - You might want to consider renting a car. Manuel Antonio has narrow roads, lots of traffic, and no sidewalks. The house has a parking space. There are little grocery stores all over Manuel Antonio but they are expensive. The Max Pali store in Quepos is bigger and much less expensive.

Everything about this house was perfect for our family! The pool was refreshing the bedrooms nice and cool and within walking distance to the local bus stop and grocery store and many restaurants. Natalia the house manager was very helpful with information for excursions and transportation.

We has a wonderful stay and the staff went above and beyond to assist us in every aspect. Very clean and the pictures were accurate.
One bit of advice would be that the grocery stores in the area are very overpriced but we learned that there are better options in Quepos, just down the road. The bus will get you there for roughly .80 cents/$1.60 round trip.

Casa Alta is a great accommodation, with a homey feel and all the amenities needed. It's spacious and neat. It could have benefitted with a couple more seats in the living room, as all 6 of us could not sit together inside.

What an adventure our family had in this beautiful area. The beaches were amazing and so many wonderful restaurants. We loved coming home to this beautiful casa everyday and enjoying a peaceful swim in your beautiful pool. Enjoyed watching the monkeys and iguanas. We would definitely book this house again.

Wow, this house was just amazing and in a convenient location. We had the whole house to ourselves on our honeymoon and felt very spoiled. We saw so much wildlife - monkeys, macaws, parakeets, agouti and more around the house. We were able to walk to most restaurants and shops or get an Uber to the places we couldn’t walk. Natalia was so helpful planning our tours, transportation and grocery shopping. She was very communicative and always there when we needed her. I even wasn’t feeling good one day and she offered to go to the pharmacy for me. We already want to go back and stay here again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Casa Alta. The location was perfect-we could walk to several grocery stores and restaurants. The bus stop was a short walk also. We loved lounging by the pool in the afternoon. Natalia was so helpful in arranging all of our activities and transportation.the house was perfect for two families (including 4 kids).

To be honest we showed up on a weekend fairly late at night and we weren’t sure about the area. But after exploring in the morning it really is a charming and friendly neighborhood right in the heart of everything you want to be near if you are touring Manuel Antonio or visiting the beach.
You have all the conveniences of the city with the little shops and restaurants around the corner but still surrounded by constant wildlife (parrots, monkeys and birds of every sort) and a beautiful pool in a well manicured courtyard filled with palm trees and flowers.

Our trip to Costa Rica was amazing! This is our second trip to Manuel Antoni but the first time we stayed in a house. Our family of three travelled with a family of five. Casa Alta was amazing and met all of our needs. It was nice how the rooms are setup because everyone was able to have their own space. The pool was perfect for morning coffee and daytime swimming. The biggest bonus is Naty the concierge, we are so thankful to her for all of her help! Sue was able to setup all shuttles, connect us with a taxi driver, schedule day trips and an a home chef, really she can help with anything you need!! While there we visited the beach, the national park, went on a catamaran cruise and a deep sea fishing trip with Jackpot Fishing out of Quepos - highly recommend!!! We caught over 40 pounds of mahi and were able to have it shipped home!!🤩 Great Costa Rican food at Amelios and Aqua Azul and you have to go to Cafe Milagro for coffee!! Another bonus is that the bus stop is steps from the house and you can get around easily for under a dollar per person. Highly recommend this property!

Casa Alta was the perfect house for our reunion of friends. It was well supplied and comfortable. We spent most of out time outside by the pool which was lovely. With all that said the most amazing part of our stay was Natalia the house manager. She was always available and speedy to book any adventure or service we requested. From airport shuttles to chairs on the beach. I highly recommend Villa Alta!

This was a beautiful property in a beautiful town. Natalia was very helpful with our stay. We highly recommend the beach concierge service - it’s nothing we’ve ever done before and was so luxurious for a small price. It’s a bit of a tough house for families with elderly members or very young children - the stairs to two rooms were steep and the floor was very slippery. The master bedroom does have an extra bed in it if you want to keep your youngest close by, though.

We loved Casa Alta. It was close enough to everything you could just walk if you needed something but also far enough out that there were still beautiful views. The place was clean and the maid was wonderful. Natalia helped us with everything we needed.

Family vacation in Manuel Antonio
Great house in good location to walk to neighborhood grocery store and restaurants. Short drive to beach. House feels like it is very private, with extensive tropical plantings, although it is close to everything. We didn't see any monkeys but we saw and heard many birds. The house manager was very helpful and we had two amazing dinners with a local chef! Would definately stay again!

Family fun for 8 Adults from California

Casa Alta was wonderful. The house was great and the location made it perfect! The property manager Natalia was super! She helped us plan the details of our trip ahead of time, and remained helpful to assist our family with coordinating everyday transportation and booking the daily excursions during our stay. We flew Sansa to Quepos, we were met at the airport by our driver, then promptly met by Nataila for an early check in. She gave us a tour of the house, told us everything we needed to know about the house and the area, and continued to remain accessible the entire trip. That goes along way when your in a new place with the family(incl. 5 & 7 y/o kids) in a foreign country. Costa Rica is amazing and Manuel Antonio is the best of it. While we stayed at Casa Alta a rental car was totally unnecessary. There are 3 grocery stores and many of the best restaurants are only a leisurely walk away. The National Park & the best beaches are totally accessible by bus. The bus stop is at the end of the block and passes every 30 mins. The buses are clean, safe, efficient; a great way to experience the area in the local way and only about $1 per person per ride. Casa Alta is top tier in every way. We will be back to stay at Casa Alta again. Hopefully very soon!

The views from the upstairs bedroom were amazing. I will miss opening those curtains each morning to see that view! The house manager, Naty was so helpful! She booked all our excursions for us and it was door to door service for everything we did. She also helped with restaurant recommendations. The house was so clean and the house cleaner also came every day or every other day which was nice!! We would totally stay here again and loved our time in Costa Rica!

We loved our stay at Casa Alta! The layout of the house provided enough privacy for us and our adult children and we enjoyed our time together outside by the pool. We were able to walk to the beach and many restaurants and grocery stores. But we always took a taxi back from the beach since that was uphill!
Natalia, the property manager, reached out soon after we booked the house. She reserved several excursions for us and was patient and punctual answering all my questions.
There is a locked gate at the entrance to the property which made me feel extra safe. We would stay here again!

Stayed at this lovely home with my husband, parents, bother & sister. We all had a great time! The views, the pool and the space were all amazing. Quick walk to the bus stop to get down to the beach or other areas of town. We had a 12 passenger van that fit in the driveway. We did feel a little pushed out of the home by the housekeeper on our last morning but we let Natalia know and I'm sure it won't happen again. We will definitely stay here in the future!
